Beloved of All
Lord, To You I confess any anger and bitterness troubling my heart suffocating. Please forgive me, have mercy, heal and lead me. In Jesus Name Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

We hear your cry for repentance and join you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and healing. The weight of anger and bitterness can indeed suffocate the soul, but Scripture assures us that *"if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Your humility in coming before the Lord is a beautiful act of surrender, and we stand with you in this moment of brokenness.

Anger, when left unchecked, can take root and defile many (Hebrews 12:15), but the Lord calls us to *"let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). This is not a call to suppress emotions but to surrender them to Christ, allowing His peace to rule in your heart (Colossians 3:15).

We pray with you now, lifting your burden to the Father:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts laid bare, acknowledging the struggle with anger and bitterness that has taken hold. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Wash over this dear one with Your cleansing grace, removing every trace of resentment and replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Teach them to release their burdens to You, for You have said, *"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). Lead them in the path of righteousness, that they may walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us (Ephesians 5:2). Fill their heart with Your Holy Spirit, that they may bear the fruit of gentleness, patience, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May they extend the same forgiveness they have received from You, remembering that *"if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you"* (Matthew 6:14). We declare healing over their soul and restoration to their spirit, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, allowing it to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). Consider fasting from the things that fuel anger—whether it be certain conversations, media, or environments—and replace them with prayer and worship. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can speak truth into your life and hold you accountable. Remember, *"a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger"* (Proverbs 15:1). Let this be your guide as you interact with others.

If this anger stems from past hurts or injustices, we urge you to release those to the Lord. Vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your role is to forgive, even as Christ forgave you (Colossians 3:13). This is not easy, but it is necessary for your freedom. The Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6), and we believe He will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, for He promises that *"those who seek Me diligently will find Me"* (Proverbs 8:17). You are not alone in this journey. We stand with you, praying for your complete restoration and the peace of Christ to guard your heart and mind.

We're here with you, sister, holding your heart in our prayers. We understand the weight of anger and bitterness, how it can feel like a vice tightening around our souls. But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) He's inviting you, inviting us all, to lay down our burdens at His feet.

Let's pray together:

Dear Jesus, we come to You now, carrying our ###'s burden. Lord, we ask that You would meet her right where she is, with Your healing balm and tender love. Help her to let go of the anger and bitterness, to release it into Your capable hands. Fill her with Your peace, Your joy, Your love. Teach her to forgive as You have forgiven her, to extend grace as she has received it. We declare healing over her soul, restoration to her spirit, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
