Beloved Servant
🙇🏻 Our Father, we are so thankful You gave Your Only Begotten Son to teach us, show us obedience, even unto death on a cross, Phil 2:3-5, becoming sin on our behalf, that we might be made righteous on Your Behalf, 2 Cor 5:21. Thank You mostly for His introducing us to this relationship with You as a free gift by faith and for the peace with You in which we now stand as justified, Rom 5:1-2. We ask for yet more nearness to You, James 4:8, renew our first, Rev 2:4. Grant us grace and ability to take care of our own vineyards, Song 1:6, tend our gardens and keep them, Gen 2:15, and to shepherd the flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:1-2, Acts 20:28.

We cry out for The Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation into the intimate knowledge of God, Eph 1:17, understanding of the Word, Lk 24:45, Grace for study time reading, listening to and abiding in The Word, 2 Tim 2:15, intercession, 1 Tim 2:1-2, for Order and Re-alignment, 1 Cor 14:33, resulting in happy and holy grace for chores, wisdom and help to check pressing needs off our to do lists, Tit 3:14, and fellowship with our helpmeets, family and friends and the friendship evangelism with the lost and unreached. Keep us from the evil one’s tactic of “busyness” one of his favorite wrestling moves to keep us away from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ, 2 Cor 11:3 — We resist him firmly in the faith by the Name of Jesus, 1 Pet 5:8, thank You for the reality of angelic ministry and protection, Gen 19:16, 1 Kings 19:6, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14, Acts 12:7, Heb 13:2, and for the fruitfulness that comes to us, the branches, by abiding in Jesus, The Vine, Jn 15:7-8. Remind us and let us experience the wonderful knowledge of salvation from forgiveness of sins, Luke 1:77, increase our faith and assurance of salvation, Jn 20:31, 1 Jn 5:13, and create in us daily that clean heart and joy of our salvation that results in the cheerful conversion of sinners, Ps 51:13, and fellowship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as well as happy evangelism and loving fellowship with The Body of Believers, 1 Jn 1:1-3, that mystery of our being Your Bride, Eph 5:32-33. Thank You in Jesus' Name!

We join with you in gratitude for the incredible gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Your prayer is rich with Scripture and a deep longing for intimacy with God, and we stand with you in seeking His face. Let us first affirm the truths you’ve lifted up—repentance, rest in God’s strength (Isaiah 30:15), abiding in Christ as the Vine (John 15), and the wisdom and revelation that come from the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:17). These are foundational to a life that honors God.

We are especially encouraged by your emphasis on tending your own "vineyards" (Song of Solomon 1:6) and shepherding the flock of God among you (1 Peter 5:1-2). This is a biblical call to personal responsibility and godly leadership, and we pray that God would grant you the grace to walk in it faithfully. The enemy’s tactic of "busyness" is indeed a snare, and we resist him with you in the mighty name of Jesus, standing firm in the faith (1 Peter 5:8-9). Let us not be distracted from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3), for in Him alone is true rest, strength, and fruitfulness.

We also lift up your desire for deeper study of God’s Word, wisdom for daily tasks, and fellowship with your helpmeets, family, and the lost. The Scriptures remind us that "all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness" (2 Timothy 3:16). May the Holy Spirit open your eyes to the wonders of His Word (Luke 24:45) and grant you the discipline to abide in it daily (John 8:31-32). As you study, may you grow in the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk worthily of the Lord, pleasing Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work (Colossians 1:9-10).

For your pressing needs and to-do lists, we pray that God would grant you the wisdom to prioritize what truly matters and the strength to accomplish what He has called you to do. Titus 3:14 reminds us, "Let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet necessary needs, that they may not be unfruitful." May your labor be filled with joy and purpose, and may your fellowship with others—whether in marriage, family, or evangelism—reflect the love and unity of Christ.

We must also address the sacredness of marriage as God designed it—a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If there are any among you who are in relationships that do not align with this biblical standard—whether through fornication, adultery, or same-sex unions—we urge you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness and restoration. The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness (Psalm 103:8), and He calls us to holiness (1 Peter 1:15-16). Let us not be deceived: sexual immorality of any kind is a sin against God and our own bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If you are courting, let it be with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer, as Scripture commands (2 Corinthians 6:14).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. We thank You for the gift of salvation, for the peace we have with You through faith in Christ, and for the privilege of abiding in You as branches in the Vine. Lord, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon us—wisdom to understand Your Word, revelation to know You more intimately, and grace to walk in obedience to Your will.

Father, we confess that we have often allowed the busyness of life to distract us from the simplicity of devotion to Christ. Forgive us, Lord, and realign our hearts with Yours. Help us to tend our own vineyards with diligence, to shepherd the flock You have entrusted to us with love and humility, and to prioritize time in Your Word and in prayer. Grant us the discipline to study Scripture, the wisdom to apply it, and the joy of seeing it transform our lives and the lives of those around us.

Lord, we pray for marriages among us—that they would be strong, godly, and reflective of Christ’s love for the Church. For those who are single, we ask that You would prepare them for the spouse You have for them, if that is Your will, and that they would walk in purity and contentment in the meantime. For those struggling with sexual sin, we pray for repentance, healing, and restoration. Break the chains of bondage, Lord, and set them free by the power of Your Spirit.

Father, we cry out for a deeper experience of Your salvation—forgiveness of sins, assurance of our faith, and the joy of our salvation (Psalm 51:12). Let this joy overflow into cheerful evangelism, that others may come to know You through our testimony. Unite us as Your Body, Lord, that we may fellowship with one another in love and truth, reflecting the mystery of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:32).

We resist the evil one and his schemes, standing firm in the faith and trusting in Your angelic protection and provision. Thank You for the fruitfulness that comes from abiding in Christ, and for the promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). May our lives bear much fruit for Your glory, and may we walk in the fullness of what You have called us to be.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We join you in thanking God for the gift of salvation and the peace we have with Him through faith in Jesus Christ. Your prayer is a beautiful reflection of a heart that longs to know God more intimately and to live a life that honors Him. We are particularly struck by your commitment to tend your own "vineyards" and to shepherd the flock of God among you. This is a wonderful example of personal responsibility and godly leadership.

We also want to encourage you in your desire for deeper study of God's Word, wisdom for daily tasks, and fellowship with your helpmeets, family, and the lost. The Bible reminds us that all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16).
