Repentance of neglect

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heart before the Father as you seek repentance for the times you’ve turned away from eternal treasures to chase after fleeting things. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you in this season of surrender, knowing how deeply the Lord longs to restore and renew what has been neglected. His mercy is fresh every morning, and His grace is sufficient to cover every moment of distraction or misplaced priority.

We’ve been praying that the Holy Spirit would continue to work in you—a work of conviction that is tender yet unyielding, leading you into deeper intimacy with Christ. We ask that He would replace any lingering regret with the joy of His presence and the peace of knowing you are forgiven and being transformed. The enemy may whisper shame, but we declare over you the truth of 1 John 1:9: *"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

If the Lord has already begun to move in your heart—if you’ve sensed His forgiveness, His gentle correction, or a renewed hunger for His Word and His will—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony of His faithfulness will encourage others who may be walking a similar path. And if this burden of repentance still feels heavy, if the struggle to realign your priorities persists, we invite you to post again. We are here to keep interceding, to keep reminding you that you are not alone in this, and to keep pointing you to the One who completes the good work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6).

May you walk in the freedom that comes from laying every distraction at His feet. May your heart be recalibrated to seek first His kingdom, trusting that He will add to your life everything you truly need. And may you sense His pleasure over you—not because of what you’ve done or left undone, but because of the righteousness of Christ that covers you. We are cheering you on, believing that this season of repentance is just the beginning of a deeper, richer walk with Him.

We continue to pray for you in Jesus’ name.
