Nochaeld

Beloved
🙇🏻 Father, thank You for giving mercy and grace in times of need, Heb 4:16, past and now in present. I confess and agree with Your admonition through Hosea, "Take words with you, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, 'Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips as bulls" Hos 14:2. I've missed Your warnings, haven't taken the way of escape, dealt with things unrighteously, sinned, lacked love, gotten "in the flesh," said things in anger, and that doesn't achieve the righteousness of God, James 1:19-20. I've been a man of unclean lips, Isa 6:5, for our transgressions are multiplied before you, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and as for our iniquities, we know them, transgressing and denying Yahweh, and turning away from following our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood, Isa 59:12-13, I have "Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know, therefore I despise my sins, and I repent from them in dust and ashes," Job 42:3, Job 42:6, Yet though You've disciplined me severely, You haven't given me over to death, Ps 118:18. I can say with the Psalmist, "It was good for me to be afflicted that I might learn the way of Your Commands," Ps 119:71. Let me make the most of Your discipline, knowing it's end result has many ends in mind, sanctification being a chief one, Even Jesus being the author, ἀρχηγὸν, ultimate architect, pioneer and engineer of our salvation, perfected through suffering, Heb 2:10, on earth and in flesh, the proving ground of obedience, becoming the ultimate fountain of salvation, Heb 5:8-9. Surely, there is One found Worthy, Rev 5:9.

Though beyond human capacity to bear at present transfers all hope to You alone, 2 Cor 1:8-9, produces patience leading to patience that we may also be complete, James 1:2-3, and though not pleasant at present, afterward yields not only perseverance, proven character and an abiding hope that does not disappoint, even granting assurance through The Holy Spirit of Adoption, Rom 5:3-5, but also a HARVEST of peaceful fruit and righteousness, Heb 12:11, even an everlasting quietness and confidence, Isa 32:17, an everlasting crown of life, James 1:12, and ability to reign with You, as You overcame and reign in truth, humility and justice, Ps 45:4, Rev 3:19-21. We ask for grace to renew our minds, Rom 12:2, to rejoice in all these things knowing we are presently blessed and understanding their end is eternal reward, Matt 5:10-12, and that Your Intention is to work it all together for good, Rom 8:28, because You are indeed Gracious and Compassionate, Ex 34:4-5, as we see You were with Job, James 1:12. Let us pray for others and others pray for us knowing You have brought us through trials before, You will do so again, and that prayers are powerful and effective, 2 Cor 1:10-11, especially when we confess our struggles and sins, James 5:15-16.

Knowing the kindness and severity of the Lord, I'd like to remain in Your kindness, Rom 11:22. Requesting what Jesus said to be my prayer, "I don’t speak on My own authority. The Father who sent Me commands me what to say and how to say it," John 12:49. May I speak truth the right way (in love, humility and kindness) at the right time (when one isn't tired and in the right place to receive it), Prov 25:11. Like apples of gold in settings of silver, so is the right word at the right time, Prov 25:11

Jesus You said "when you fast" -- please help me hunger and thirst for righteousness in these situations, Mt 5:6, and help others share this burden with me for ###, ###, our child, the entire situation and all that’s transpired, the good, bad and ugly, 2 Cor 1:10-11, to be turned for glory, praise and honor, Isa 58:6-14. Let us plead the cause of the widower, and defend the cause that by her foolish abandonment was made to be partially orphaned, Jer 5:28, which if we can't visit the widower or orphan, James 1:27, we can at least pray for them.

Grant powerful grace and strength within me, grant grace to humble my soul with fasting, to CONTROL THE TONGUE with SAYING TRUTH, in LOVE, sanctifying residual pockets of darkness with light, helping the word become flesh, as John says, John 1:14, to love You AND my NEIGHBOR (how much more my wife and children, whether reconciled or not) with ALL my heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances -- my thoughts, words, deeds, actions and especially my reactions -- let the word be engrafted as exhorted by James 1:22-23.

I've been sinned against by her and her family -- I believe the remedy of being sinned against is praying for their salvation -- again nothing's been confessed or repented of -- as a student of spiritual conditions, that's neither the wisdom of the just, Lk 1:17, nor the wisdom from above, James 3:17. I plainly state for the record "I forgive everyone everything," and done as much as I can to be at peace with everyone, Rom 12:18. Salvation is still needed, 2 Tim 2:3-4, repentance isn't optional, but having overlooked times of ignorance You are now commanding everyone everywhere to repent, having fixed a day of certain judgment with justice by The Man appointed, and furnished proof to everyone by raising Him from the dead, Acts 17:31-32, 2 Pet 3:9 -- but please help me say TRUTH in LOVE, Eph 4:15, "filled with GRACE and truth," John 1:14.

🧎🏽‍♂️Place and use the love of Jesus in me to privately, publicly, and now remotely demonstrate true love of the gospel, Gal 3:1. Let me model it and teach it to myself, ###, every family member, those near and dear and those far off and beyond to extended family, friends especially any who might consider me an enemy -- let me be a living ambassador Your love to be known and read by all people groups, everywhere, 2 Cor 3:2, “What to say and how to say it,” John 12:49.

🙇🏻 Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Sanctify us by the truth; Your Word is truth, John 17:17. Because I LOVE ###, let me wash her with the water of the word to be a bride ready for her husband, Eph 5:25-27 -- and if she could help out by reading the word and preparing herself also, Rev 19:7-8, it would be both helpful and fitting (wholly within bounds of Scripture). I'd also like to have a little respect since it's a picture of Christ and the Church Eph 5:32:33, but either way keep her, them and us from evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, temptation, Matt 6:13, sin Zeph 3:13 and the evil one, Matt 6:13. Thank you for the angels in advance -- they're real and really do get sent ahead, Heb 13:2, and thank You in advance for salvation since "You like to make their faces change," Ps 34:5, May Yahweh bless us, and keep us. make His face to shine on us, be gracious to us, lift up His face toward us, and give us peace, Numbers 6:22-27, in Jesus' Name, Phil 4:6-7.

We hear your heartfelt cry for repentance, restoration, and wisdom in the midst of deep struggle, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting these burdens together in the name of Jesus Christ. Your honesty about anger, unrighteous words, and the weight of discipline reflects a spirit that longs to align with God’s holiness, and we rejoice in the work He is doing in you. The Lord does not despise a broken and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17), and your willingness to confess and turn from sin is evidence of His mercy already at work.

Your acknowledgment of James 1:20, that the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God, is critical. Anger, though a natural emotion, must be surrendered to the Holy Spirit’s governance, lest it give root to bitterness or ungodly speech. We rebuke the spirit of wrath that has sought to control your tongue, and we declare that your words will be seasoned with grace, truth, and love (Colossians 4:6). The discipline you’ve endured, though painful, is a sign of the Father’s love (Hebrews 12:6), and we pray that you would embrace it as a refining fire, yielding the peaceful fruit of righteousness (Hebrews 12:11). Let the words of Zechariah 1:13 comfort you: "Yahweh answered the angel who talked with me with kind and comforting words." May you hear His voice clearly, guiding you in what to say and how to say it, as Jesus Himself spoke only what the Father commanded (John 12:49).

Your desire to fast and seek God’s face for righteousness is commendable. Isaiah 58:6-14 reveals that true fasting is not merely abstaining from food but loosening the bonds of wickedness, sharing bread with the hungry, and covering the naked. As you fast, we pray that your hunger for justice and reconciliation would be met with divine strength, and that your prayers would break chains, both in your own heart and in the lives of those who have sinned against you. The Lord sees the injustice done to you and your child, and we stand in the gap, pleading for His intervention. We rebuke the spirit of abandonment and foolishness that has led to partial orphanhood, and we declare that God will arise as the Father to the fatherless and the Defender of widows (Psalm 68:5). Though you may not be able to physically visit, your prayers are a powerful weapon (James 5:16), and we join you in interceding for salvation, repentance, and restoration.

Your forgiveness toward those who have wronged you is a powerful testimony of Christ’s love at work in you. Yet we must address a critical point: while you have forgiven, you rightly note that salvation and repentance are still needed. Forgiveness does not negate the necessity of repentance before God. The Lord commands all people everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30), and we must pray fervently that those who have sinned against you would turn from their ways, lest they face the judgment to come. We also caution against any bitterness that may linger, for even in forgiveness, unchecked resentment can hinder your own walk. Let the love of Christ compel you to pray for their souls, even as you guard your heart (Proverbs 4:23).

Your longing to model the gospel and speak truth in love is noble, and we pray that the Lord would fill you with His grace and wisdom. Ephesians 4:15 exhorts us to speak the truth in love, and this balance is essential. The tongue is a fire (James 3:6), but it can also be a fountain of life when surrendered to the Spirit. We declare that your words will be as "apples of gold in settings of silver" (Proverbs 25:11), bringing healing and edification. May the Lord sanctify you by His truth (John 17:17) and keep you from the evil one, even as you remain in the world as His ambassador.

Regarding your marriage, we must address the biblical standard clearly. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Your desire to love your wife as Christ loved the Church, even in separation, is commendable, but we must also uphold the biblical call to reconciliation where possible. If she is willing, we pray for restoration; if not, we pray for your strength to walk in purity and faithfulness to God’s design. We rebuke any spirit of division or ungodliness that seeks to destroy what God has joined together (Matthew 19:6). If there has been any sexual immorality (fornication or adultery), we urge repentance and a return to God’s standards, for He is faithful to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9).

We also note that your prayer is rich with Scripture and heartfelt cries, but we must emphasize the necessity of praying in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His blood alone that we have access to the Father (Hebrews 10:19-20). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6).

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts laid bare, lifting up our brother who has poured out his soul before You. Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We praise You for the discipline You have brought into his life, for it is a sign of Your love and desire to conform him to the image of Your Son (Romans 8:29). Forgive him for the times he has spoken in anger, for the words that did not align with Your righteousness, and for any bitterness or unforgiveness that may still linger. Cleanse his lips, O Lord, and set a guard over his mouth (Psalm 141:3). Let his words be filled with grace, seasoned with salt, and spoken in love.

Father, we pray for his marriage and family. Where there has been sin, we ask for repentance and restoration. Where there has been abandonment, we ask for Your healing hand to mend what is broken. Lord, You are the Father to the fatherless and the Defender of widows, arise on behalf of this family and let Your justice prevail. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that Your angels are encamped around them (Psalm 34:7). Soften hearts, open eyes to see the truth of the gospel, and bring salvation to those who do not yet know You.

We pray for wisdom and discernment in how to speak truth in love. Let his words be as life-giving water, bringing healing and encouragement to those who hear. Teach him to fast not just from food, but from the sin that so easily entangles, and fill him with a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). Strengthen him to love his neighbor, especially his wife and children, with the love of Christ, laying down his life for them as You laid down Your life for us.

Lord, we ask that You would keep him from the evil one and sanctify him by Your truth. Let Your Word dwell in him richly (Colossians 3:16), and may he be a living testimony of Your grace and power. We declare that the harvest of righteousness You have promised will come to pass, and that he will reap the fruit of perseverance and hope. Surround him with fellow believers who will pray for him, encourage him, and hold him accountable.

Finally, Lord, we pray for those who have sinned against him. Soften their hearts, convict them of sin, and draw them to repentance. Let them see the love of Christ in him, and may Your kindness lead them to salvation (Romans 2:4). We trust in Your perfect justice and mercy, knowing that You will work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

We hear the depth of your struggle and want you to know we’re standing with you in prayer. It takes real courage to face these things head-on and seek God’s truth in the midst of such pain.

Your heart for repentance and reconciliation is evident, and we agree with you that God’s discipline, though hard, is proof of His love, not punishment. He’s refining you, and we trust that His work in you will bring lasting peace and godly fruit. The anger you’ve battled isn’t from God, so we ask Him to break its grip and replace it with words that build up rather than tear down.

We also lift up your family to the Lord, your wife, your children, and your extended relationships. Where there’s been hurt or brokenness, we pray for healing and restoration, but even more, we ask God to guard your heart from bitterness. You’ve chosen forgiveness, and that’s powerful. Now, let’s ask Him to protect you from any lingering resentment so your witness remains pure.

As you fast and seek God, may your hunger be for more of Him, not just answers, but His presence. And when you speak, whether to your family or others, let it be seasoned with grace, truth, and love, just as Christ would. We declare over you that your words will bring life, not harm, and that God will give you wisdom in every conversation.

Lord, we ask for Your supernatural strength to fill this brother. Where he’s weak, be his power. Where he’s weary, be his rest. Where he’s discouraged, be his hope. Surround him with Your peace and lead him into the fullness of what You have for him.

We pray all this in the name of Jesus.
