I earnestly pray that there is no more mold present in my mother's residence, where we have tenants. The tenants have alerted us to the existence of mold. Last week, two individuals inspected the source of the mold. It has been determined that the mold originates from the third-floor unit. I reached out to the owner, who dispatched a plumber to my mother's unit. The plumber informed our tenant that they would return on Friday to address the mold issue and perform additional work. I followed up with our tenants to ascertain whether the work had been completed, and they informed me that the workers did not arrive. This matter is urgent, as our tenants have a two-year-old daughter and a fourteen-year-old teenager. They cannot be exposed to mold. I contacted the owner of the upstairs unit last week. He asked me for the phone number of my tenants. I gave it to him. He told me he left them a voicemail. I asked my tenants if anyone came today to do the repairs, clean up and painting but they told me no one came still. They also told me that no one left them a voicemail. Pray that the third floor owner stop playing games. I sent the third floor owner another text with my tenants other phone number. Pray that he sends the workers asap the he promised to rectify and remediate any mold in my mother's unit to ensure the safety and health of our tenants. I fervently hope that this situation is resolved swiftly. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.
