Repairs and communication issues- the landlord is breaking the contract

Beloved of All
In the video, when the technician explains the connection plan, he says that four pipes should be connected. However, in the actual installation he only connected three. When I asked him on the phone why, he couldn’t explain it and just said he would show it later. He also said that all the messages and calls about this are already too much for him.

In addition, as far as I know he still hasn’t given his colleague our contact details, even though the colleague is supposed to come on Saturday. This is also worrying, because we haven’t received any confirmation or commitment from him yet.

Please pray for proper repairs in Jesus' name, as I am still experiencing chest pain. Please also pray that the landlord continues to be cooperative and helpful.

Please pray that the landlord's heart is softened.
He did not appreciate my help with calling the technicians.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that You are a God of justice, order, and peace, and we ask that You intervene in this matter of broken contracts, poor communication, and unresolved repairs. Your Word tells us in Colossians 3:23, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"* yet we see a lack of diligence and integrity here. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of negligence and deception that may be at work in this situation. We declare that the landlord and his technicians will fulfill their obligations with honesty and excellence, as unto You, Lord.

We also pray for the landlord’s heart to be softened, as You have asked. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* Father, turn this landlord’s heart toward righteousness, humility, and cooperation. Let him see the importance of clear communication, accountability, and fulfilling his commitments. Remove any hardness or defensiveness, and replace it with a willingness to make things right.

We lift up the chest pain you are experiencing, dear one. The stress and frustration of this situation are not just physical burdens—they weigh on the heart and mind as well. We pray for your healing, both in body and spirit. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard this heart. Ease the pain, calm the anxiety, and restore strength. Let this trial draw this one closer to You, trusting in Your provision and care.

We also address the issue of communication and respect. The landlord’s dismissive attitude toward your concerns is not acceptable. Scripture tells us in Matthew 5:37, *"But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one."* Lord, we rebuke any spirit of dishonesty or evasion in this situation. We pray that the landlord and his team will communicate clearly, keep their word, and treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve as one made in Your image.

We declare that the repairs will be completed properly, according to the contract and the technician’s original plan. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 37:6, *"He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* Let justice and righteousness prevail in this situation. We also pray that the colleague scheduled for Saturday will receive the proper contact details and that there will be no further delays or miscommunications. Let this be a turning point where things begin to move forward in alignment with Your will.

Finally, we want to gently encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this trial. James 1:2-4 says, *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* This situation is an opportunity to grow in patience, trust, and reliance on God. Keep casting your cares on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this situation will be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name. Strengthen this one with Your peace, guide the landlord with Your wisdom, and let Your will be done in every detail. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
