Repairs and communication issues

The landlord has broken the contract.
Please pray that the landlord's heart is softened.
He did not appreciate my help with calling the technicians.
Please pray he is responsible for the repairs.
I am so tired of this issue with the landlords' colleagues. I have no idea why his assistant was malicious, and why this is still a topic after about a year, when I haven't even spoken to this person. But I was eager to expose the truth and the bad attitude. I hope the landlord recognises the assistant's malice one day.
Please pray that the technicians coming today find the faults in the electrical system.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of broken contracts, strained communication, and unresolved conflicts. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice, order, and peace, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your perfect will. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Lord, we pray that You soften the heart of this landlord, that he may act with integrity, responsibility, and fairness. May he honor the agreement he has made and take ownership of the repairs that are his duty to address.

We also bring before You the weariness and frustration that has come from this prolonged conflict. It is written in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Father, we ask that You strengthen this individual with Your peace and perseverance. Help them to release any bitterness or resentment toward the landlord’s assistant, for we know that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). Give them wisdom in how to navigate these interactions, and may the truth be revealed in Your perfect timing.

Lord, we pray for the technicians visiting today—that You would grant them discernment and skill to identify the faults in the electrical system. May their work be thorough and just, bringing clarity to the situation. We ask that You remove any obstacles or deception that may hinder the truth from coming to light.

Father, we also want to gently remind this dear one of the importance of entrusting this matter to You. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are told, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." While it is understandable to feel the need to expose wrongdoing, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Let us not grow weary in seeking justice, but let us do so with a heart that trusts in Your sovereignty.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who is our Advocate, our Peace, and our Righteous Judge. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we come to you with this heavy situation. We ask that you touch the heart of the landlord, that he may see the error in his ways and fulfill his responsibilities according to the contract. Help him to understand the importance of integrity and fairness in his dealings.

We also lift up the weariness and frustration that's been building up. Lord, strengthen this person's spirit. Help them to trust in your timing and let go of any bitterness. Give them wisdom in their interactions and help them to speak the truth in love.

Lastly, we pray for the technicians visiting today. We ask that you guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may accurately identify the issues in the electrical system. Help them to work diligently and honestly.
