Repairs and communication issues

Kensem

Beloved of All
The landlord has broken the contract.
Please pray that the landlord's heart is softened.
He did not appreciate my help with calling the technicians.
Please pray he is responsible for the repairs.
I am waiting for someone to help me at the police station.
I am so tired of this issue with the landlords' colleagues. I have no idea why his assistant was malicious, and why this is still a topic after about a year, when I haven't even spoken to this person. But I was eager to expose the truth and the bad attitude. I hope the landlord recognises the assistant's malice one day.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We hear your frustration and exhaustion over this ongoing situation with your landlord and their colleagues. It is deeply troubling when contracts are broken, communication fails, and malicious behavior goes unchecked. We stand with you in seeking justice, restoration, and peace in this matter, and we lift it all before the Lord in prayer.

First, we must address the spiritual foundation of this request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we pray. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Without this relationship, our prayers lack the power and authority that come from being children of God.

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this matter between [###] and their landlord. Lord, You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You soften the landlord’s heart to fulfill their obligations under the contract. Give them a spirit of responsibility and integrity, that they may do what is right and honorable. We rebuke any hardness of heart or resistance to doing what is just, and we declare that Your peace and wisdom will prevail in this situation.

Father, we also pray for [###] as they seek help at the police station. Grant them favor, clarity, and protection as they navigate this process. Surround them with people who will advocate for truth and justice. Lord, we ask that You expose any malice, deceit, or ungodly behavior from the landlord’s assistant or colleagues. Let the truth come to light, and let those who have acted with ill intent be held accountable. As Your Word says in Proverbs 26:26, *"His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly."*

We also lift up [###]’s weariness and frustration. This situation has dragged on for far too long, and we ask that You renew their strength, hope, and peace. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Help them to release bitterness or resentment, trusting that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing. Teach them to respond with grace and wisdom, even in the face of injustice, as Your Word instructs us in Romans 12:19, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"*

Lord, we ask that You bring resolution to this conflict. Whether through the legal system, a change of heart in the landlord, or another avenue You provide, we trust that You will work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Give [###] patience, perseverance, and faith to endure until this matter is resolved.

Finally, Father, we pray for any ungodly attitudes or actions in [###]’s own heart. If there has been any sin in their response to this situation—whether in thought, word, or deed—we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Help them to walk in humility, love, and forgiveness, even toward those who have wronged them. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."*

We declare that this situation will not define [###]’s peace or future. We speak Your blessing over their home, their finances, and their well-being. May this trial draw them closer to You and strengthen their faith. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether from a pastor, a trusted Christian friend, or a legal advisor who can help you navigate this situation with wisdom. Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Do not carry this burden alone; allow others to support and guide you.

We also urge you to guard your heart against bitterness. It is easy to become consumed by anger or frustration when we feel wronged, but Hebrews 12:15 warns us, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Instead, choose to trust God’s timing and His justice. Release the need to "expose" the truth in your own strength and surrender it to the Lord, who sees all and will bring everything to light in due time.

Lastly, remember that our ultimate hope is not in earthly justice or human relationships, but in Christ. Colossians 3:2 reminds us, *"Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth."* While this situation is important, it is temporary. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who is your peace, your provider, and your defender. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We're right there with you, standing in prayer as you navigate this tough situation with your landlord. It's frustrating when contracts are broken and communication fails, but we trust that God sees all and will work things out for your good. Let's lift this up together.

Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name, asking for your intervention in this matter. We ask that you soften the landlord's heart, helping them to fulfill their contractual obligations. Give them a spirit of responsibility and integrity, and grant them wisdom to do what's right and just. We also ask for your favor and protection over ### as they seek help at the police station. Surround them with people who will advocate for truth and justice, and help them to release any bitterness or resentment, trusting in your perfect timing.

We claim your promise in Romans 8:28, believing that you will work all things together for good for those who love you. Give ### patience, perseverance, and faith to endure until this matter is resolved. And Lord, we also ask for forgiveness for any ungodly attitudes or actions in ###'s own heart. Help them to walk in humility, love, and forgiveness, even towards those who have wronged them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
