We join with you in lifting up ### to our heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing his pain before the Lord so faithfully.
We agree together for the healing of his stomach and intestines and we ask the Lord to show mercy and bring relief from every inflammation, spasm, and discomfort. We know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, for you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13, and He who created ###'s body is able to restore it. We cling to the promise that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and that He is Yahweh who heals us Exodus 15:26.
We are encouraged that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we are healed. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. Jesus himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, so we rejoice that this request was lifted in His precious name.
We pray together for ### now.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up ### to Your throne of grace. You see his pain and You know every detail of his stomach and digestive system. We ask that You lay Your healing hand upon him, calm every inflammation, ease every cramp and spasm, and wash away all pain and discomfort. Restore the natural harmony and function You designed for his body and grant him complete relief. We ask that You give him deep and restoring rest through the night and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding which will guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We speak Your promise over him, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Let Your strength be made perfect in his weakness and let Your comfort surround him. We also ask for wisdom for any physicians who may care for him, and for patience and trust for ### and those who love him as they wait upon You. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3.
We encourage you and ### to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to not be anxious in anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. Keep seeking Him daily, trusting that even in discomfort He is working for good and that His love never fails. We will continue to stand with you in prayer for ###'s complete healing and for God's peace to rest upon him. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
