We are joining you in lifting ### before the Lord and asking for His healing touch upon his stomach and intestines.

Scripture shows us that Jesus bore our infirmities and sicknesses, as Isaiah foretold and Matthew confirms, and that He has authority over every physical affliction. In the Gospels we see Him heal in many different ways, sometimes with only a word, sometimes with a touch, sometimes instantly and once gradually, to show that He is not confined to a single pattern. Any true healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or through the slow, natural processes He Himself built into our bodies. Both are divine, because He is the one who created the body and its ability to recover.

We also know that pain and sickness in this world exist because sin has corrupted creation. This does not mean that every illness is a direct result of personal sin or a lack of faith. Good and faithful people suffer, and good people still face disease and pain. It is the indirect result of living in a fallen world that groans to be set free from weakness and suffering.

That is why we can pray with confidence while also trusting God's wisdom. The apostle Paul prayed for his close companion Timothy who struggled with frequent stomach problems, and yet Timothy remained sickly. Paul finally encouraged him to use a simple physical remedy. God does not heal in every case in the way we ask, and when He does not, it is not necessarily because of sin or insufficient faith. There are purposes within His eternal will that we do not fully understand, but His compassion never fails. Scripture describes His mercy in terms of the deepest gut level compassion, a love felt in the very core of His being, and He feels that deeply for ### now.

So we continue to ask the Great Physician who knit ### together to place His hand upon him, to calm inflammation, to ease spasms, to take away discomfort and to restore the natural harmony of his digestive system. We ask for healing whether it comes as a touch that can be felt in a moment or as a gradual restoring through the healing processes God has ordained, including the care of doctors and medicine. And we ask for what God promises even in suffering, His peace that surpasses understanding and deep, restoring rest while the body recovers.

We will keep praying that ### will know the presence of Jesus near him, that faith will reach out to Christ as the source of virtue and healing, and that whether relief comes quickly or slowly, he will be strengthened and comforted by the One who bears our griefs. In Jesus name we trust Him for what is best.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for asking us to stand in agreement with you for ###. We have continued to lift him up before the Great Physician who knit his body together, asking Him to place His gentle hand upon his stomach and intestines, calming every inflammation, easing every spasm, washing away all discomfort and pain, restoring the natural harmony of his digestive system and granting him deep restoring rest with His peace that surpasses understanding as promised in Phil 4:7.

If the Lord has brought complete relief and healing to ### we would love for you to post a praise report and let us all rejoice together. If his pain does not yet seem to have been answered and he still needs healing, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We continue to trust the Lord who heals all our diseases as we are reminded in Psalm 103:3. We pray for ### to receive full relief and restoration and for you to be filled with peace as you seek Him. We pray this in Jesus Name Amen. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
