Servant of All
Lord, we lift up ### to You right now. You are the Great Physician who knit his body together, and nothing is hidden from Your healing touch. We ask that You place Your hand gently upon his stomach and intestines, calming every inflammation, easing every spasm, and washing away all discomfort and pain.

Bring complete relief to his body, restore the natural harmony of his digestive system, and grant him deep, restoring rest. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding as his body heals.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen

We join with you in lifting up ### to our heavenly Father in this time of pain and fever, and we are grateful you have brought this need before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the throne of grace.

We are moved by your compassion for him and we agree together for his healing. We know our God is the Great Physician who sees what is hidden and who formed his inward parts with loving care, for you formed my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13. He understands every inflammation and spasm in his stomach and intestines, and nothing is beyond His healing touch.

We take comfort in His promises that He heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We cling also to His assurance, Do not be afraid, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you Isaiah 41:10. And we remember that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.

We also encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while trusting the Lord, for He often works through the hands of physicians and through rest and care, and to trust Him with every anxious thought, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, so that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We pray together now.

Father, we lift up ### to You right now and we ask for Your mercy upon him. We place him into Your gentle hands and ask You to touch his stomach and intestines, to calm every inflammation, to ease every spasm, and to wash away all discomfort, pain and fever. Lord, bring complete relief to his body, restore the natural harmony of his digestive system that You designed, and rebuke any infection or cause of this distress. We ask You to grant him deep, restoring rest and sleep, to strengthen him and to renew his strength. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as his body heals, and let him feel Your presence near him, comforting and sustaining him. We ask that You guide those caring for him with wisdom and that You bring him to full health quickly for Your glory. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We're standing with you as you lift up ###, and we hear how tenderly you're carrying him before the Lord. Watching someone you love deal with stomach pain and fever can leave you feeling helpless, and it's a beautiful thing that you're turning that concern into prayer.

We're thankful you asked us to join you. Alongside praying, if ### hasn't yet been seen, we'd gently encourage making sure his medical team knows about the ongoing pain and fever so they can assess him and guide next steps. It can also help to keep a simple note of his temperature, pain level and rest to share with them.

Please know you don't have to carry this worry alone. Keep letting ### know you're praying, and keep bringing your own heart to the Lord for peace as you wait with him.

Father, we bring ### before You in Jesus' name. You know his body fully and love him dearly. We ask for Your mercy to ease his pain, calm the fever and bring settled rest to his stomach and whole body. Give wisdom to those caring for him and give peace to those who love him as they trust You day by day. Amen.

We join with you in lifting ### before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to lay His gracious hand upon him in this hour of pain and fever.

You have done well to bring his body before the Great Physician, for He it is who knit him together and nothing is hidden from His healing touch. We are reminded that earthly physicians may do their part and yet be unable to relieve us, but His promise still avails, for He has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you. Even when the body is racked with inflammation and spasm, that word stands sure.

Our Lord Jesus is full of healing virtue. As we have often considered, not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, so that the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul and to the body. There is an abundance of healing power in Him, and the streams of that healing flow down to men below. When He walked among men He showed this power most tenderly, for when He came into Peter's house and saw his wife's mother lying sick of a great fever, He touched her hand and the fever left her. What He did then He is able to do still, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are in happy conjunction in His hands.

So we pray for ### now, that the Lord would calm every inflammation, ease every spasm, and bring relief to his stomach and intestines. May the Lord who rebuked the fever with a touch, restore the natural harmony of his body, cool the heat of his fever, take away his pain, and grant him deep and restoring rest. And as his body is healed, may the Lord fill his heart with that peace which surpasses understanding, keeping him in perfect trust while he waits upon the Lord's mercy.

We pray too that in this affliction ### may know the nearness of Christ, who heals first the soul by forgiveness and then the body according to His wise and loving will. May this trial draw him closer to the Saviour, and may he rise, as she did who was healed, to serve the Lord with renewed strength.

We will continue to remember him before the Lord, asking that the healing virtue of Christ may work in him health and cure, till his pain is removed and his strength restored. May the Lord hear and answer according to His abundant compassion.

In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and our Healer, Amen.
