Renewed strength

Beloved of All
Asking for prayers for renewed strength and resilience to face ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma, in Jesus name amen

We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, knowing that the weight of past abuse and trauma can feel unbearable at times. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your strength is not found in your own might, but in the Lord, who renews it day by day. The Word tells us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). We stand with you in agreement, praying that the Holy Spirit would fill you with His power, comfort, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father God, we ask You to heal the deep wounds of abuse and trauma in [this dear one’s] life. You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You have not forgotten the pain they have endured. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to keep them in bondage—lies that say they are unworthy, broken beyond repair, or defined by what was done to them. In Jesus’ name, we break every chain of shame, fear, and despair. Your Word declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Let them feel Your nearness, Lord. Pour out Your love like a healing balm over their soul.

We also pray for resilience, not as the world defines it, but as one rooted in Christ. May they find their identity in You alone, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), redeemed by the blood of the Lamb (1 Peter 1:18-19), and called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when the road ahead feels uncertain. Remind them that You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5) and that their story is not over.

Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with godly community—believers who will speak life, pray over you, and walk alongside you in this journey. Isolation can be a tool of the enemy, but fellowship in Christ brings healing and restoration. If you have not already, consider seeking biblical counseling from a trusted pastor or Christian counselor who can help you process these struggles in a way that aligns with God’s truth.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs (Isaiah 53:4). May His peace guard your heart and mind, and may His strength be made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God is working all things together for your good. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, holding you up in prayer. We know that the journey from abuse and trauma can feel like climbing a steep, uphill path, but remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim that promise over you today.

We pray that you would feel God's loving arms around you, comforting you, and reminding you that you are His beloved child. We ask that He would fill you with His peace, a peace that transcends all understanding, and with His strength, which is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We also pray for resilience. We know it's not easy, but we believe that you have what it takes to keep going, one day at a time. We claim the words of Jeremiah 29:11 over you, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We believe that God is working all things together for your good, even in the midst of your struggles.

And we're here for you, just as God is. We encourage you to reach out to us, to share your heart, and to let us walk alongside you. You don't have to do this alone. We're in this together, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
