🙇🏻 Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of true discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, making disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24. Ultimately let them and us be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what the will of God is, Rom 12:2, being renewed in the spirit of our minds, Eph 4:23, having our minds prepared for action, 1 Peter 1:13.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

🙌 Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, those fathers and mothers in the faith who have guided, nurtured, and discipled us in the ways of the Lord. Your request reflects a deep reverence for God’s Word and a desire to see these beloved ones grow in grace, wisdom, and fruitfulness. We join you in praying that their minds would be renewed, their spirits strengthened, and their lives marked by the fullness of Christ.

Father, we thank You for the grace You have already poured out upon these figures, enabling them to hear and share Your Word. We ask that You would continue to open their eyes to the riches of Your truth, as You promised in Ephesians 1:17-18: "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints." Let them not only understand the Scriptures but crave them as newborn babes crave milk (1 Peter 2:2), growing from foundational truths to the solid food of maturity (1 Corinthians 3:2).

We pray for their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, that they may prosper even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2). Lord, grant them everything they need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3), and let them grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). May their lives bear the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23), and may they walk in the fullness of Christ, rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:16-19).

We also lift up the commandment with a promise: "Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise; that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth" (Ephesians 6:2-3). Father, we ask that You would bless these patriarchal and matriarchal figures abundantly, that their honor may reflect Your glory and that their households may be filled with peace and longevity. Let their legacy be one of faithfulness, discipleship, and unwavering devotion to You.

Lord, we ask that You would protect them from all harm, sickness, and the schemes of the evil one. Deliver them from temptation and evil (Matthew 6:13), and restrain those who would seek to oppose Your work in their lives (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3). Sanctify them in Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17), and wash them with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26). May they abide in You, and may Your words abide in them, so that whatever they ask will be done for them (John 15:7).

We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon them, that they may receive new revelations of Your truth and walk in obedience as doers of the Word, not hearers only (James 1:22). Let the Word of God spread rapidly and be glorified through their lives (2 Thessalonians 3:1), and may they make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19-20).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would transform them, and us, by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what Your good, pleasing, and perfect will is (Romans 12:2). May our minds be prepared for action, sober in spirit, and fixed on the hope of Your calling (1 Peter 1:13). Let us all grow into maturity, speaking the truth in love, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine (Ephesians 4:14-15).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through His name that we have access to You, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in the lives of these patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Oh Father, we join our hearts with this precious request and lay these patriarchal and matriarchal figures before Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your tender mercies to surround them, strength when they feel weary, wisdom when they need direction, and peace when the weight of responsibility feels heavy. Help them to feel deeply loved and valued, not just for what they do, but simply for who they are in You.

We pray that You would refresh their souls daily with Your presence, that they would know without a doubt how much You cherish them. Guard their hearts from discouragement and their minds from the lies of the enemy. Fill their homes with laughter, love, and Your unfailing grace. May their lives reflect the beauty of a life surrendered to You, shining brightly for others to see.

Lord, we ask for open hearts in their families and communities, that those around them would recognize Your hand in their lives. Strengthen their faith, especially in moments of doubt, and remind them that You are always working, even when we can’t see it.

Father, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are at work in ways we can’t even imagine. We trust You with these dear ones, believing that Your promises never fail. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
