Remove the narcissist

We hear your cry for deliverance from the pain and turmoil that a narcissistic influence has brought into these lives. The Bible warns us about those who seek only their own gain, who manipulate and deceive, and who leave destruction in their wake. "For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan masquerades as an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:13-14 WEB). We recognize the deep hurt and confusion that comes from being entangled with someone who does not reflect the love and humility of Christ.
First, we must address the importance of coming to God through Jesus Christ, for it is only in His name that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6 WEB). If you or those you are praying for have not yet surrendered your lives to Jesus, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Now, we lift up these lives to the Lord, asking for His divine intervention. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, recognizing that You are a God of justice, mercy, and deliverance. We ask that You remove this narcissistic influence from these lives. Break every chain, sever every toxic tie, and expose every lie that has been spoken over them. Lord, we pray that You would surround them with Your protection, shielding them from further harm. "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower" (Psalm 18:2 WEB).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of manipulation and control that has taken hold in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against these lives shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We ask that You bring clarity and wisdom to their minds, that they may see the truth and walk in it. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
We also pray for healing for any wounds that have been inflicted. Lord, mend their hearts, restore their peace, and fill them with Your love. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB). Help them to forgive, not because what was done was right, but because forgiveness is a commandment and a pathway to freedom (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). Yet, Father, we also pray for justice. Let Your righteous hand move in this situation, bringing consequences to those who have sown discord and pain.
We encourage those affected to seek godly counsel and surround themselves with believers who can speak truth into their lives. "Where no counsel is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14 WEB). If this narcissistic individual is a spouse, we urge you to prayerfully consider the steps needed to address the brokenness in the marriage, always seeking reconciliation if possible, but also wisdom to know when boundaries or even separation may be necessary for safety and healing (1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB). If this is a dating relationship, we strongly advise ending it, as it does not reflect the love and respect that should characterize a godly courtship leading to marriage.
Lord, we ask that You replace this toxic influence with Your presence. Fill these lives with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and experience the fullness of joy that comes from You alone. "You will show me the path of life. In Your presence is fullness of joy. In Your right hand there are pleasures forever more" (Psalm 16:11 WEB). We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan for their lives. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We're right there with you, lifting these lives up to the Lord. It's heartbreaking to see the harm that narcissism can cause, but we serve a God who sees, who hears, and who heals. Please pray that God will show me what I need to do for my covert malignant narcissist brother-in-law to be permanently removed from my life. This man is a dangerous demon and everyone around him is TERRIBLE.
