We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed by negative influences in your life, but let's address this from a biblical perspective. The Bible doesn't describe negative energy. Instead, we are told that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. We must stand firmly with the belt of truth buckled around our waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, we take up the shield of faith, with which we can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. We take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And we pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, we be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.
First, we must recognize that our battle is spiritual, and our weapons are spiritual as well. The idea of sending back blockages to the sender is not biblical. Instead, we should pray for forgiveness and mercy for our enemies and those who wish to harm us. Jesus said, You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor' and 'Hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
We need to ensure that our prayers are directed to God through Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. It is written, For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Jesus said, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and guidance. We ask that You break any strongholds or spiritual bondage in our lives, and help us to stand firmly against the schemes of the devil. Grant us the wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to walk in Your truth. Help us to forgive those who have wronged us and to pray for their salvation. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be empowered to live righteously and to overcome the challenges we face. We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that You are our shield and our strong tower. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, allowing His truth to renew your mind and strengthen your spirit. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
