My mother is ### years old with alzheimers disease. She has been in ### located in ###, New York since ###. In ###, that nursing home assigned a guardian, ### located in ###, New York. The real reason that ###, Head Administrator, assigned the guardianship is pure greed. This will be protested. Please have the guardianship with ### completely relinquished and not to have my mother's finances tampered with. Please have Medicaid and Medicare assume full responsibility for payment of her nursing home bills. Please have ### and the business office of ### met with swift justice for cheating the elderly.
