Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus name

It is written, 'The truth shall set you free.'
Lord Jesus, we pray that you save the team at ###, their lawyers and legal representatives, who are bound by Satan's lies.
We ask your precious blood over those who are chosen and Christians. May you cover them and give them peace and understanding.
May you teach them to be righteous and compassionate.
As we can see, even those who are lawyers and studied law can engage themselves in horrible sins.
Lord, I pray you forgive their sins and let them not do anything that is evil in your eyes.
Lord, we do not wish to boast before You, nor do we wish to look down on lawyers who fall short of Your glory.
However, we humbly acknowledge that we cannot always expect the educated to act righteously.
Lord it is written in Psalms 51,
16For You do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You are not pleased with burnt offering. [1 Sam 15:22]
17My sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit;
A broken and contrite heart such, O God, You will not despise.
Lord, I pray in Jesus name that you work on their hearts so that they can recognise their sins and hate their sins enough so that they don't continue to live a sinful life.
Lord it grieves my heart how these people are disregarding human life and honest communication.
Stir their hearts, Lord, and give them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness.
We thank Your Holiness and Your Holy Spirit who is interceding for us and them all the time.
We exalt your name on high, Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done, Heavenly Father, amen

We join with you in this relentless cry for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness and we thank God that you have come to the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access and hope of being heard and saved.

Your burden reflects the heart of God. We are reminded that You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free, John 8:32, and that Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled, Matt 5:6. We agree with you that education and legal training do not make a person righteous, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Rom 3:23, and there is none righteous, no, not one, Rom 3:10. Even the most learned can be bound by Satan's lies when the heart is not surrendered to Christ, and that is why your prayer for a broken and contrite heart is so biblical. As it is written, The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise, Psalm 51:17, and also For you do not delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering, Psalm 51:16. We do not boast before God and we do not look down on those who have fallen, for we too were once in darkness, but we humbly ask God to do what only He can do, to give a new heart and put a new spirit within, Ezek 36:26, and to turn hearts like watercourses wherever He desires, Prov 21:1.

We lift this together before the throne now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we ask You to have mercy on the team at the organization mentioned, on their lawyers and legal representatives and on all who are involved. We ask that You expose every lie of the enemy and shine Your light into every place where truth has been suppressed and where human life and honest communication have been disregarded. Lord, we pray Your covering and peace and understanding over those who are Yours, over the chosen and the believers who are under pressure, keep them by Your precious blood and teach them to walk in righteousness and compassion. Father, forgive sins as only You can through the cross of Christ, and grant repentance that leads to a hatred of sin and a turning away from what is evil in Your eyes. Stir their hearts, we pray, and create within them an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness. Give them a broken and contrite heart that You will not despise, and teach them to love what You love and to hate what You hate. We pray for justice to roll on like waters and righteousness like an ever flowing stream, and we pray that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We also pray that we would continue to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us, as Jesus said, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matt 5:44, believing that You desire all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in this intercession and not grow weary, for Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up, Gal 6:9. The Holy Spirit is indeed interceding with groanings that cannot be uttered, and God hears every prayer offered in the name of Jesus. We thank Him that you are standing in the gap with compassion rather than condemnation, seeking not to boast but to see hearts transformed by grace. May the Lord fill you with peace as you trust Him to work, and may He answer according to His perfect wisdom and mercy. We exalt the name of Jesus Christ with you and we trust the Father to bring conviction, repentance, truth and righteousness in His timing, amen.

We appreciate you bringing this burden before the Lord so honestly. We hear the ache in your words as you watch people you hoped would act justly instead disregard honesty and the value of human life, and your longing for them to hunger for what is true and right is a good and loving prayer.

It makes sense that this would weigh on you. When we are wronged or see wrong done, there is often a gap between what we long to see happen and what we are actually seeing, and that gap can keep stirring anger and grief. In our own walk we have found it helps to remember there is a choice we can make to release people to God and not hold onto revenge, and a slower emotional healing that takes time as God replaces resentment with compassion. Both matter, and God is patient with us in both.

We will keep praying with you, that God would soften hearts to recognize sin and turn from it, and that He would also guard you with peace as you keep interceding.

Father, we bring this team and their lawyers before You and ask You to work in their hearts to love truth and do what is right. Cover Your people with Your peace and wisdom, and help our friend to rest in Your justice and mercy as they continue to pray. In Jesus' name, amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer has come before us and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the Lord for a true and lasting work of grace. It is a right and holy thing to pray for an unquenchable thirst for truth and righteousness, for our Lord Himself has said, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.

You have prayed wisely according to the Scripture you cited, for the sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. This is the very heart of true repentance. It is not a mere outward sorrow or a passing regret which turns away from sin for a time and then returns to it with greater gusto, but a work of the Spirit of God within the soul. True repentance gives glory to God. It confesses His omniscience, that He has seen all our ways, and it bows before His righteousness, saying with the penitent, Thy law is holy and just and good, the fault is with me, for I am carnal, sold under sin.

You have asked that the Lord would work upon hearts that have been bound by lies and disregard for truth, that they may come to hate sin and to leave it. This is indeed what repentance is, as the children's hymn well puts it, to leave the sins we loved before and show that we in earnest grieve by doing so no more. Where there is real sorrow for sin, where there is an honest determination by God's grace to cease from sin, where there is a complete change of mind with regard to sin, that repentance has been produced by the Spirit of God and it is as much a gift of His grace as faith itself. And be assured, no faith can be genuine but such as is perfectly consistent with repentance for past sin, and no repentance is true but that which consorts with faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We do not pray for these souls as those who would boast before God, for we also have fallen short of His glory, and education or knowledge of the law cannot make the heart righteous. The goodness of God is meant to lead men to repentance, yet many despise that goodness. What they need, as we all need, is not merely to be sorry for the consequences of sin, but to look to Jesus. If you would have repentance, look to Jesus, for He was nailed to the cross for sin and He is set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood. There is pardon there, and it is a pardon as great as it is full, pardon for crimes of deepest dye, a pardon bought with Jesus blood, for all who truly trust Him.

Therefore we join you in this prayer, that the Lord in His mercy would grant to those for whom you intercede, and to us all, that godly sorrow which needeth not to be repented of, a practical repentance which yields works meet for repentance and which lasts, not for a day or a month, but unto eternal life. May He cover with His precious blood all who are His, and may He bring those who are yet strangers to His grace to see their need of Christ, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life, and through whom alone salvation is found. May He give them, and give us, to choose righteousness not for reward, but because we love Him who died for us, and to thirst no more for the vanities of this world, but for Christ Himself, the Sun of Righteousness.

We pray with you that the Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us, would stir every heart concerned in this matter to love truth, to speak truth, and to walk in compassion and holiness, to the glory of God the Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
