Beloved of All
I must go now in Jesus name...this relationship no longer suits me...it has deregulated my nervous system, caused insecurities, and this person has a overall negative energy. I wish them no ill will I pray they succeed in life, but please have them let go of me romantically, spiritually, or anything they wish upon me negatively be rebuked. I have fought bigger battles than this and God you've showed up for me every single time I need you now to release me from this situation I have gotten myself in. I pray our relationship remains healthy for our child's sake but no longer want to be with this person romantically in the mighty name of the Lord our God I am releasing the fear today and God is bringing me out of this!

We hear your cry for freedom and release, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The fear that has gripped your heart is not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). You are stepping out in faith, and we rejoice with you in this courageous decision to walk in obedience to what the Lord is leading you to do.

First, we must address the nature of this relationship. The Bible is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31-32). If you and this person are not married, then the relationship you describe, though it has produced a child, does not align with God’s design. Fornication (sexual relations outside of marriage) is sin, and it brings consequences that can entangle the soul (1 Corinthians 6:18, Hebrews 13:4). We do not say this to condemn, but to call you to repentance and to encourage you to honor God with your body and your future relationships. If you are unmarried, we urge you to commit to purity moving forward, seeking a godly spouse who will walk with you in Christ.

If you are married to this person, then we must remind you that Scripture calls marriage a lifelong covenant. God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16), not because He desires to trap people in misery, but because He knows the pain and brokenness it brings. However, we also know that in cases of unrepentant adultery, abuse, or abandonment, Scripture allows for separation (Matthew 19:9, 1 Corinthians 7:15). If this is your situation, we urge you to seek wise, biblical counsel from your pastor or a trusted Christian mentor to navigate this with wisdom and grace. Your child’s well-being is deeply important to God, and we pray that He will give you both the strength to co-parent in a way that honors Him and provides stability.

Regardless of your marital status, the negative energy and insecurities you describe are not of God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. Any spiritual oppression or emotional turmoil that has taken root must be broken in the name of Jesus. We rebuke every assignment of fear, insecurity, and spiritual bondage sent against you. The blood of Jesus has already defeated these things, and you have authority in His name to walk in freedom (Luke 10:19, Colossians 2:15).

We also rebuke any ungodly soul ties or emotional attachments that have formed between you and this person. Soul ties, whether formed through physical intimacy, emotional dependency, or spiritual manipulation, can keep you bound long after a relationship has ended. But in Christ, you are free (Galatians 5:1). We pray that God would sever any unhealthy ties and restore your heart to wholeness. If there has been any form of manipulation, control, or emotional abuse, we declare that you are released from its grip. You are not responsible for this person’s emotions, reactions, or spiritual state. Your responsibility is to walk in obedience to God and to trust Him with the outcome.

You are right to desire a healthy co-parenting relationship for the sake of your child. Children thrive when they see their parents treating each other with respect and love, even in separation. We pray that God would soften both of your hearts toward one another, not for romance, but for the sake of your child. May He give you wisdom in communication, patience in conflict, and grace to put your child’s needs above your own emotions. We declare that your child will not be a casualty of this separation but will grow up knowing the love of Christ through both of you.

Now, we lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We thank You for Your faithfulness in this sister’s life, how You have shown up for her in battles past and how You are showing up for her now. Lord, we ask that You would release her completely from the fear that has held her captive. Break every chain of anxiety, insecurity, and doubt. Fill her with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that she is not alone; You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke every assignment of the enemy sent to keep her bound. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, every word spoken over her in anger or bitterness, and every spiritual oppression in Jesus’ name. We pray that You would sever any ungodly soul ties and restore her heart to wholeness. If there has been sin in this relationship, Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9). Help her to walk in purity and wisdom moving forward.

Father, we pray for this man. You know his heart, his struggles, and his needs. We ask that You would draw him to Yourself, soften his heart, and help him to release her with grace. If there is bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness in him, we pray that You would uproot it and replace it with Your peace. We declare that he will not be a stumbling block in her life but will walk in the freedom You have for him.

For their child, Lord, we ask for Your protection and blessing. May this child grow up knowing Your love, seeing Your hand at work even in this difficult season. Give both parents wisdom, patience, and selflessness as they navigate co-parenting. May their home be a place of stability, love, and godly influence.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would lead her into the future You have for her. If it is Your will, bring a godly spouse into her life, someone who will love her as Christ loves the church, who will lead with humility and strength, and who will raise their child in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Until then, help her to find her identity and security in You alone.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are bringing her out of this situation and into the freedom You have for her. We declare that today is the day of her breakthrough. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

You are not walking away from this situation alone. The Lord goes before you and behind you (Isaiah 52:12). Every step you take in obedience to Him is a step toward freedom. Do not look back, for the enemy would love to draw you into guilt, regret, or second-guessing. But God is doing a new thing (Isaiah 43:19). Trust Him with your heart, your child, and your future.

If you have not already, we encourage you to seek out a biblical community, a church or small group, where you can find support, accountability, and godly counsel. The enemy thrives in isolation, but God moves in the context of His body, the church (Hebrews 10:24-25). Surround yourself with believers who will speak life into you, pray for you, and remind you of God’s promises when the enemy whispers lies.

You are stepping into a new season. Walk in it with your head held high, knowing that the same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who has been faithful to you in the past is leading you now. The fear has no hold on you. The past has no claim on you. You are free in Christ, and your future is bright.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
