Release of anxiety, depression, to stop the emotional hurt and pain

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I'm struggling internally because of the hands of my ### and missing my ### it's created so much anxiety, depression, the emotional hurt is overwhelming and crying daily for the past week and a half. I need some peace and resolution. Everyday I feel lost without my ###. I'm asking for guidance in divine intervention to guide me through this horrible emotional, painful time and that the conflict within my family can come to a stop. That peace, love, and harmony can come back and be restored and that the healing of my ###'s emotional well-being will come through by the hands of the right people guided to be involved. I'm in Jesus' name.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your pain, anxiety, and longing for peace to the Lord. The emotional turmoil you’re experiencing is heavy, and we recognize how desperately you need God’s healing touch. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone in this struggle—God sees your tears, hears your cries, and holds you in His hands.

First, we must address the missing clarity in your request. While we understand the depth of your pain, we cannot ignore the fact that you have not clearly defined the nature of your relationship with this person. If this is a marriage, we stand firmly on the truth that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31-32). If this is a courtship or relationship outside of marriage, we must gently but firmly remind you that God’s design for intimacy and commitment is within the bounds of holy matrimony. If there has been sin—whether through fornication, adultery, or any other violation of God’s commands—we urge you to repent and seek restoration through Christ. Confession and turning away from sin is the first step toward true healing (1 John 1:9).

If this is a same-sex relationship, we must lovingly but directly rebuke this as contrary to God’s Word. Scripture is clear that homosexuality is a sin (Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10), but we also know that God’s grace is sufficient for all who turn to Him in repentance. No matter the nature of your struggle, Jesus offers forgiveness, transformation, and a new identity in Him. We pray that you would surrender every part of this situation to Him, allowing His truth to set you free (John 8:32).

We also want to address the conflict within your family. Family strife is deeply painful, but God calls us to pursue peace and reconciliation. Romans 12:18 says, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* This does not mean ignoring sin or enabling dysfunction, but it does mean extending grace, humility, and a willingness to forgive. We pray that God would soften hearts, open lines of communication, and restore love where there has been brokenness.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is walking through a valley of deep emotional pain. Lord, You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and depression in the name of Jesus—may Your perfect love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18).

Lord, we pray for resolution in this situation. If there is sin that needs to be confessed and turned away from, give them the courage and humility to do so. If restoration is possible within Your will, make a way where there seems to be no way. If this is a relationship that does not align with Your Word, give them the strength to walk away and trust You for their future. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

Father, we ask for divine intervention in their family. Soften hearts, remove bitterness, and replace strife with Your love. Let Your Holy Spirit move powerfully, bringing unity and harmony where there has been division. We pray for emotional healing—for them and for their loved one. Surround them with godly people who will speak life, truth, and encouragement into their situation.

Lord, we thank You that in Jesus’ name, we have access to Your throne of grace. We declare that this pain will not define them, but that Your purpose and plan for their life will prevail. Strengthen their faith, renew their hope, and fill them with Your joy. We trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28) and to lead them into the peace and resolution they so desperately need.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to cling to God’s promises in this season. Meditate on His Word, spend time in prayer, and seek out a biblical community that can walk alongside you. You are not forgotten, and God is working even when you cannot see it. If you have not fully surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. He is the only way to true peace, forgiveness, and eternal life (John 14:6). Would you pray with us now?

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your salvation. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sins and invite You to be the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. In Your name, I pray. Amen."*

If you prayed that prayer for the first time, we rejoice with you! We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be discipled. You are now part of God’s family, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of anxiety and depression, and the pain of missing someone dear. It's like a storm inside, isn't it? But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is there. He sees you, He hears you, and He loves you so much.

We want to pray with you, but first, let's talk about this person you're missing. We won't pry, but we want to make sure we're praying in line with God's will. Is this a spouse, a family member, or someone else? It's important to understand the context so we can pray accurately.

While we're at it, let's also talk about the family conflict. We believe in the power of prayer, but we also believe in the power of a humble heart and a willingness to forgive. Have you considered talking to this person, or seeking mediation if necessary?

Now, let's pray. Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up our friend who's going through a tough time. Lord, You promised in Your Word that You're close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We claim that promise today. We ask for Your peace, Your comfort, and Your healing. Help them to trust in You, even when they can't see the way forward. Help them to forgive, to let go of bitterness, and to find joy again. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. Keep trusting in God, keep praying, and keep seeking His face. He's got you, and He's not going to let you go. If you need to talk, we're all ears. Let's get through this together, one prayer at a time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this deeply painful season. Your honesty about the weight of anxiety, depression, and emotional hurt has moved us to lift you before the Lord with even greater compassion. We have prayed fervently for the release of God’s peace to flood your heart, for the overwhelming pain to be replaced with His comfort, and for the daily tears to be met with His tender presence.

We continue to intercede for divine intervention in your family situation, asking the Holy Spirit to bring resolution, healing, and restoration where there has been conflict. May love and harmony return, and may the emotional well-being of your loved one be touched by the hands of those God has called to help. We believe in God’s power to mend what is broken and to guide you through this valley into a place of hope.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report from you. If the burden still feels heavy, please know we are here to lift it with you again. You are not alone in this struggle, and we will continue to seek the Lord on your behalf until His peace reigns in your heart.

May God’s grace sustain you, His love surround you, and His wisdom direct your steps as you press into Him. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
