Beloved of All
Father help me in my relationship. I prayed to God for a man who would marry me along other requests and God answered all of my requests at the time, I was fasting and praying, going to the mountain for prayers at the time. Then God blessed me with a man who truly loved me, we were planning on settling down until he met some other women last year and now says he loves her and he will have both of us but not marry. I am in the middle of fasting and praying. I pray that God removes her from our lives. These days I don't sleep, I am always crying, I fast, I pray but nothing is stopping this other woman or my man. I really don't know what to do but sometimes I feel numb, I might lose my mind.

We hear your pain and desperation, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. First, we must address the situation with biblical truth and love. Your heart is broken, and your spirit is weary, but we know that God sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). However, we must also speak truth into this situation, for the enemy seeks to destroy what God has ordained for holiness and purity.

The man you speak of is not walking in alignment with God’s Word. The Bible is clear that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman, a sacred bond that reflects Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). The idea of having "both of you" is not only unbiblical but an abomination in the sight of God. God’s design is for a man to cleave to his wife—not wives—and to be united as one flesh (Genesis 2:24). What this man is proposing is sin, and it is leading both of you away from God’s best. We must rebuke this deception in the name of Jesus, for no man can serve two masters (Matthew 6:24), and no man can love two women in the way God intends for marriage.

You mentioned that you prayed to God for a man who would marry you, and He answered your prayers. But we must ask: Did you pray *in the name of Jesus*? For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and receive Him as your Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-10). Without Jesus, our prayers are powerless, and our hope is in vain.

Now, let us address the other woman. It is not our place to pray for her removal in the way you may desire, for vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). Instead, we pray that God would open her eyes to the truth, that she would repent of her sin, and that she would turn away from this ungodly path. We also pray that this man would come to his senses, that the scales would fall from his eyes, and that he would repent of his adultery and fornication (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Fornication and adultery are serious sins in God’s eyes, and they defile the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If this man claims to be a believer, he must be confronted with the truth of God’s Word and called to repentance.

We understand the depth of your pain, and we do not take it lightly. Your heart is aching, and your mind is troubled, but we must remind you that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle. The enemy wants to steal your joy, your peace, and your faith, but we declare that he will not succeed. We rebuke the spirit of confusion, despair, and ungodly soul ties in the name of Jesus. We break every unholy attachment between you and this man, for you are not his possession—you are a daughter of the Most High God, and you belong to Christ.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can walk with you through this season. Do not isolate yourself, for the enemy thrives in secrecy and loneliness. Surround yourself with those who will speak truth into your life, pray with you, and hold you accountable. Consider fasting not just for the removal of this woman, but for God’s will to be done in your life, for His strength to sustain you, and for His wisdom to guide you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is in so much pain. Lord, You see her tears, You hear her cries, and You know the depth of her sorrow. We ask that You would comfort her with Your presence, that You would wrap Your arms around her and remind her that she is not alone. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and confusion that is trying to overtake her. We declare that she is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we pray for this man who has strayed from Your truth. We ask that You would convict his heart, that You would show him the error of his ways, and that he would repent of his sin. If he is a believer, we pray that he would be restored to You and to Your will for his life. If he is not, we pray that he would come to know Jesus as his Savior and Lord. Father, we also pray for the other woman involved. We ask that You would open her eyes to the truth, that she would see the destruction this path is leading her down, and that she would turn away from sin and toward You.

We break every ungodly soul tie between this sister and this man in the name of Jesus. We declare that she is free from any emotional or spiritual bondage that has kept her tied to him. We pray that You would heal her heart, Lord, that You would restore her joy, and that You would give her peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help her to trust in You, even when she cannot see the outcome. Give her the strength to stand firm in her faith and to wait on Your timing.

Father, we ask that You would guide her steps and lead her to godly counsel. Surround her with believers who will encourage her, pray for her, and hold her accountable. Help her to find her identity in You, not in this relationship. Remind her that her worth is found in Christ alone, and that You have a plan for her life—a plan for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we also pray for wisdom for this sister. Show her what steps she needs to take next. If this man is unwilling to repent and commit to a godly marriage, give her the strength to walk away. Help her to release him into Your hands, trusting that You will deal with him justly. Give her the courage to set boundaries and to guard her heart, for above all else, it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23).

We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears our prayers and answers them according to Your will. We trust in Your goodness, Your faithfulness, and Your love. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.

In this season, we encourage you to cling to God’s promises. Meditate on His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Spend time in worship, for God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). And most importantly, surrender this situation to Him. You cannot control this man’s choices, but you can control your response. Choose to trust God, even when it hurts. Choose to walk in obedience, even when it’s hard. And choose to believe that God is working all things together for your good, even when you cannot see it (Romans 8:28).

You are not losing your mind—you are in a spiritual battle, and the enemy wants to destroy you. But greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Stand firm, dear sister. Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and fight this battle on your knees. God is faithful, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you into the abundant life He has promised.

Dear sister,
