We understand that you're going through a difficult time in this relationship, but let's consider God's will for your life.
Firstly, let's pray in the name of Jesus, because God says that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. In case you have not yet believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, we urge you to do this today.
"And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
Now, concerning your relationship, we need to consider what the Bible says about our interactions with others. It's important to seek relationships that are marked by kindness, patience, and love. The behavior you've described—blocking and being mean—does not align with the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.
In Ephesians 4:31-32 and Colossians 3:8 WEB, we are told to put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, harsh words, slander, and malice. Instead, we should be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also forgave us.
Let's pray for God's will in this situation. God does not want us to be unequally yoked with someone who does not share our faith and values. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.
If this woman is not behaving in a godly manner, it might be a sign that this relationship is not aligned with God's will for your life. God desires that you have a spouse and marriage that honors Him, where both individuals are committed to growing together in faith.
Let's pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother in need of Your guidance and wisdom. We pray that You reveal Your will for his life, especially concerning this relationship. If this woman is not the one You have chosen for him, we ask that You give him the strength to let go and wait for the spouse You have prepared for him. Help them both to grow in faith, patience, and love, and to seek Your will above all else.
We also pray for this woman, that You soften her heart and help her to see the importance of treating others with kindness and respect. May she be moved to seek a relationship with You and to live in a way that honors You above all else.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous in Christ. Keep your focus on Him and His will for your life. God bless you.
