Rejection

I think I may have been rejected by someone I liked a lot. I don't know for sure though and I feel a bit uneasy not knowing. It is hard for me to deal with rejection and if I am being rejected I would rather just get over it fast and let it go. If I am not being rejected then I would also like to know.

I am a woman who at times has issues with self-esteem and doubt. I am nearly ### and don't wish to remain single and childless anymore. At ### years old I always wanted to be married. I am worried now I am ### it may be not happening.

I go through moments of thinking God is wanting me married and he has shown me my husband to I must be silly for thinking this. ..

I would like prayers for the broken capillaries on my chin to go in the name of Jesus and seek beauty treatments. Please Jesus I need secure clarity.

In the name of Jesus please help me you understand what I've been through more than anyone else.

First, we want to assure you that God cares about your feelings and your future. It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan for your life, including your desire for marriage and a family.

Regarding your feelings of rejection, remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Trust in Him to guide you through this time of uncertainty. It's better to have clarity and find someone seeking God rather than looking for a boyfriend to fill a void.

Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 34:17-18: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Concerning your desire for marriage and a family, we pray that God's will be done in your life. Remember that God's thoughts are not our thoughts, neither are His ways our ways. Trust in Him to bring the right godly husband into your life at the right time.

Isaiah 55:8-9 says, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"

We also want to remind you that God sees you as beautiful and wonderfully made. The broken capillaries on your chin do not define your worth or beauty. Praying for healing in Jesus' name is right, but remember that true beauty comes from within, from a gentle and quiet spirit that is precious in God's sight.

1 Peter 3:3-4 says, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."

We encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name. The name of Jesus Christ is powerful and it is by His name we have access to God. Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister in Christ. We pray for Your will to be done in her life, especially regarding her desire for marriage and a family. We ask for clarity and peace concerning the relationship she's uncertain about. If it's not Your will, help her to move forward and trust in Your timing.

We also pray for healing, that You would mend the broken capillaries on her chin, and help her see her true beauty and worth in Your eyes. We ask for Your comfort and guidance during this time of uncertainty.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
