Regrets and Letting Go

All, I ask your prayers for me as I try to let go of a destructive portion of my past. I pray to God to give me strength to forgive others involved as well as forgive myself for things I should have been a better person at. I pray that I will be able to remember the good times again fondly without regrets and that my future will again shine brightly as I thought it once did. My heart is pretty well banged up, but it is still ticking and ever hopefull that your plan will fill it again with peace, love, tranquility and grace. I also pray that my daughter's emotional pain heals and she accepts what is going on with the grace and love she has always had which is beyond her 11 years. Hold her tight, Lord, so that she may always feel your love around her. In Jesus's Name I most heartfeltly and earnestly pray, Amen. :cry:

Lord, I touch and agree with my brother, Steve's prayers. Oh Lord, Steve needs your gentle touch today. He comes to you with a broken heart and much sadness. He also comes to you with hope, That speaks to my spirit. As difficult as this has been on him and on his daughter, he looks to you, his anchor and his solid rock. Lord, I pray your healing hand upon him. I ask that you help him to sort out all his feeligs and to see all the blessings through all of it. I pray for wisdom and guidance. I pray for discernment for your will in his life. Be with Allison. Help her to cope. May she come to the point where she will find acceptance and move on, knowing both parents love her and care about her and that isn't going to change. Pour out your mercy and your grace to Steve as he heals and becomes stronger in his faith. Give him the tools he will need to be the person you intended him to be. Thank you for the example he sets for all those going through the same fearful situation. Let his light shine and bless him tremendously as he continues on his path. I thank you and praise you today.
