Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus.
Thank you for sharing your heart with such honesty and thanksgiving. It is good that you have seen the hand of God making a way where there seemed to be no way and that you give Him thanks for the provision that has already come. He does care about your needs and He sees the weight of these bills and the shortfall you are facing.
I pray with you that the Lord in His mercy and wisdom would grant favor regarding this refund exception request. I ask that if it is His will, those who review it would approve it in full and that you would receive a clear answer this week, so that you would have what you need for this month and the next. Above all I pray that God would provide for your daily necessities, give you peace as you wait, and guide you with wisdom in the stewardship of all He has entrusted to you.
Scripture reminds us to make provision for what is necessary for health and for daily life, but not to live for excess or wantonness, and to set our chief care on spiritual things. The present life passes quickly, and our greatest treasure is to be found in Christ. As you seek Him first, trust that your heavenly Father knows what you need and will supply it according to His perfect goodness. Whether through this refund or through another way He chooses, He is able to sustain you.
May the Lord grant you contentment and confidence in His care, calm your heart from anxiety, and help you to rest in His faithful provision. May He also give you wisdom for the days ahead as you manage what He provides.
