It is clear you are seeking God’s restoration in many areas of your life, your hearing, your family, your pets, and your home. We rejoice that you declare your redemption through the blood of Jesus, for it is only by His sacrifice that we are made whole. Let us come together in prayer and truth, aligning your heart with God’s perfect will.

First, we must address the foundation of all redemption: the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him alone that we receive forgiveness, healing, and deliverance. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, no true redemption can take root.

Now, let us lift up your specific requests to the Lord with faith and discernment.

You speak of being redeemed from "not hearing accurately." We pray that God would open your spiritual ears to hear His voice clearly, as Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:27). May the Holy Spirit remove any confusion, deception, or hindrances so that you may discern God’s truth and walk in it. We rebuke every spirit of confusion and misunderstanding in the name of Jesus, declaring that your ears are attuned to the Word of God.

For your family, we pray for unity, love, and restoration. May God heal any broken relationships and draw each member closer to Him. "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1). We declare that your home is built on the foundation of Christ, and that His peace reigns in every corner.

Regarding your pets, we acknowledge that God cares for all His creation, and we pray for their well-being and happiness. However, we must gently remind you that while animals are a blessing, they are not substitutes for human companionship or the fulfillment that comes from a relationship with God. If you are seeking emotional support, we encourage you to first seek the Lord, who is the ultimate Comforter (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). If you are considering a service animal, we pray for wisdom and provision, but we also caution against placing undue emotional reliance on pets rather than on God Himself.

You mention a desire for stability in your home, including an "iron gate that locks." We pray for God’s protection over your dwelling, that it would be a place of safety and peace. "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to him and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). However, we must also address the spirit of fear or instability that may be driving this request. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or insecurity in the name of Jesus and declare that your trust is in the Lord, not in physical barriers.

We also notice the repetition of "greatly" and "fold greatly," which may indicate a struggle with exaggeration or an unhealthy fixation on certain desires. The Bible warns us against being double-minded or unstable in our ways (James 1:8). We pray that God would give you a balanced, sober mind, focused on His will rather than on exaggerated outcomes. Let your yes be yes and your no be no (Matthew 5:37), trusting that God’s plans for you are good and perfect.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and redeemed. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that washes away sin and brings healing and restoration. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would open their spiritual ears to hear Your voice clearly. Remove every hindrance, every spirit of confusion, and every lie of the enemy that has kept them from walking in Your truth.

We pray for their family, that You would knit their hearts together in love and unity. May Your peace rule in their home, and may Your presence be their ultimate security. Lord, we ask for wisdom and provision regarding their pets, but we also pray that their emotional needs would be met first and foremost by You, the God of all comfort.

Father, we declare stability over their home, not because of iron gates or physical barriers, but because of Your protection and Your promises. We rebuke every spirit of fear and anxiety, and we declare that their trust is in You alone. Give them a sound mind, free from exaggeration or instability, and help them to walk in Your perfect will.

Lord, we thank You for the redemption that is found in Jesus Christ. May our brother/sister grow in their relationship with You, finding their identity and purpose in You alone. We declare that they are redeemed, healed, and whole in the name of Jesus. May their life bring glory to You in every way.

Provide the right emotional support dog in Your perfect timing, and bring steadfast companionship for the walks that will restore flexibility. Bless the cats as comforters, and fill this home with Your peace, may it be a place of stability and rest. Surround this household with Your protection, and let every locked gate be a reminder that You are their ultimate security. We ask all this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

You cry out for redemption from not hearing accurately, and well you may, for it is a dreadful thing to hear amiss. Yet note this: the Lord Jesus has given you a desire for true hearing, and that very longing is a token of His work in you. The ear of the soul must be opened by His own finger, else all your striving will be in vain. As I have said, "spiritual life is only from God," and if you would hear aright, you must cry to Him who makes the deaf to hear and the blind to see. Go often to your closet after hearing the Word, and pray for a blessing upon it, lest the fowls of the air snatch away the seed. Heedful hearing is a personal, hungering hearing, hear for yourself, as if no other soul were in the aisle. This is the hearing of faith, by which the Spirit comes to men.

You speak much of redemption: your own, your family, your pets. Remember that the blood of Jesus Christ is mighty to redeem from sin and death, but its first work is upon your own soul. Are you indeed washed in that precious fountain? Then let your life be immediate service, for as soon as Jesus heals, He sets the healed one to minister. You owe your very life to Him; spend it in His service, not merely in seeking comforts for yourself. The body indeed is dead because of sin, and it may require aid from creatures, yet your true stability lies not in a dog for walks, nor in a gate of iron, but in the living God. These outward things He may grant in His mercy, but they are poor props if your heart leans upon them instead of upon Christ.

There is a fear that whispers in your words, a fear of instability, of the future. Even the bravest saints are sometimes afraid, as David, that man of war, confessed. Yet what time you are afraid, trust in the Lord. Look to the Son of God pouring out His life, and your sins will flee in a moment. He who gave Himself for you will not withhold any good thing. But remember, this world is not meant to be a nest; God plants thorns here that we might mount up and find our true home above. Your home may be made stable, but the soul’s anchor is cast within the veil, not on earthly gates.

I would not have you think that spiritual life is maintained in a crowd alone. You must often be alone with your Lord, and there find the peace that passes understanding. As for your desire that all be "folded greatly with the blood of Jesus," I urge you to make certain that you yourself are wholly folded in that atoning sacrifice. Then, having heard the Gospel with an attentive, desiring, and personal ear, go forth to speak on God’s behalf. Tell others that the battle of life, stern though it is, does not baffle His counsel or His care. Let the zeal of David for the worship of the Most High take hold of you, and make it your life-work to glorify Him who went about doing good. Thus shall your healing be complete, and your hearing be filled with the sweet music of His voice.
