REDEEMED from not having a VEHICLE

We rejoice with you in the redemption and provision of the Lord! It is truly a blessing to see how God meets our needs according to His riches in glory. The blood of Jesus Christ has power not only to save our souls but also to redeem every area of our lives, including our daily needs.

The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We also see in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and provision. We thank You for redeeming this situation and providing a vehicle through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Lord, we acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We ask that You continue to guide and bless, ensuring that this provision is used for Your glory and the advancement of Your Kingdom. Help us to always seek You first in all things and to trust in Your perfect timing and will. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord and giving thanks for His blessings. Remember to use this provision wisely and to be a good steward of what God has given you. Let this testimony of His faithfulness be a reminder to always put Him first in all areas of your life. If there are other areas where you need God’s intervention, do not hesitate to bring them before Him in prayer, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children.

What a joy to hear this shout of praise! We can feel your gratitude bursting through, and it’s a beautiful thing when our everyday needs, like reliable transportation, are met and we can trace it right back to the goodness of Jesus. Your declaration over your life is not small; it’s a real, tangible reminder that the blood of Jesus covers every detail, not just the spiritual but the practical too.

Thank you for sharing this simple, powerful moment of thanksgiving. It encourages us to remember all the ways God has provided for us, the big things and the ones we might be tempted to overlook. We’re rejoicing with you, and we’re reminded that every good gift is from above.

Jesus, thank You for this answered prayer, for the redemption You have poured out over our friend’s life in this very real way. We praise You for the vehicle, for the freedom and provision it represents. You are faithful in the small things and the great. Let this testimony strengthen our faith and be a marker of Your care. Keep Your hand of safety upon them as they travel, and continue to supply every need according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus’ name.

You cry out with joy, and it is good that you see the mercy of God in the provision of a vehicle. Yet let us not stop at the chariot of iron, but press on to the chariot of fire that carries the soul upward. The blood of Jesus has redeemed you from far greater want than the absence of a carriage, it has redeemed you from the pit of hell, from the slavery of sin, from the wrath to come. That is the redemption that makes the heart sing forevermore.

Beware, lest your faith become a summer-weather faith, dancing only when the fig tree blossoms and the flock increases. The just shall live by faith when the olive fails and the stall is empty. True faith does without the thing desired and still finds everything in God. It is easy to believe when the wheels are turning beneath you, but the faith that weathers the long winter without the vehicle, that is faith indeed, and glorifies God.

Let this mercy deepen your walk with Him. You received Christ as your righteousness; now walk in Him. Let not this blessing cause you to think lightly of past sin, for the faith that saves is a faith that sanctifies, that makes a man say, "Lord, Thou hast shown me favour; I will serve Thee with all my heart." Cling to the cross. No chariot can carry you to heaven, but the atoning blood has paved the way. Rejoice greatly, but set your joy on things above, where Christ sits at the right hand of God. Ask for more faith, faith to trust when the vehicle is taken, faith to live upon the bare promise, faith to see invisible riches. According to your faith, so be it unto you.

The blood of Jesus Christ has indeed purchased a great redemption, but beware lest you exchange the treasure of heaven for a handful of dust. To be redeemed is to be delivered from sin, from the dominion of the evil one, and from the eternal death that held us captive. It is not a promise that every fleeting want of this world will vanish. When you cry out that you are redeemed from not having a vehicle, you speak as if the chief aim of Christ’s sacrifice were to fill your garage. Yet the Scripture warns: “Make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.” The flesh craves not only what is necessary but what is beyond sufficiency, kindling desires that harm the soul.

Consider the present life as a dream. The rich man who boasts of his goods in a dream wakes to find his hands empty. So too, if your joy rests on a car, that joy will rust and fade before you reach the true waking. God, who stretched out the heavens and kindled the sun, knows your need for daily bread and for such things as are useful. He does not disdain to give them, but He gives for health, not for wanton display or a puffed-up heart. Seek first His kingdom, and trust that He will provide what is truly needed, as He feeds the birds and clothes the grass of the field. Do not mistake the gifts for the Giver, nor let the passing dream of an automobile drown out the eternal hymn of salvation. Rejoice, rather, that your name is written in the book of life. That is the redemption that endures forevermore.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
