We understand that you're seeking reconciliation with someone and that your heart's desire is for unity, healing, and a more open heart for love and forgiveness. Firstly, we need to address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We should always pray in Jesus' name. Furthermore, we should confirm that this reconciliation aligns with the Scripture requirements for a relationship.
We should all strive for unity, healing, and open hearts, but we must ensure that these desires align with God's will and biblical principles, especially when it comes to relationships. If this is romantic, we need to understand that God's design for such relationships is that they should be moving toward marriage.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for this reconciliation. We pray that You will work in the hearts of both individuals, drawing them closer to You and transforming them into the likeness of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
If this relationship is romantic and honors You, Lord, we pray that You will guide them towards a godly marriage. Help them to seek You first, and to strive for purity and holiness in their relationship.
Father, we know that true healing and forgiveness come from You. We pray that You will open their hearts, that they may experience the depth of Your love and forgiveness. Help them to extend that same love and forgiveness to each other, as You have forgiven us. Ephesians 4:32 tells us, “And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
