Realizations -Touch fhe heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### her being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, loyalty, labor, and love, only to feel unseen and possibly undermined. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the spirit of this prayer. While your intentions may be rooted in a desire for justice and recognition, there is an undercurrent of seeking exposure and even judgment upon another. Scripture warns us in Matthew 7:1-2, "Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you." We are called to pray for those who may wrong us, not to seek their downfall. Instead of asking God to expose their manipulation, we should pray for their transformation and repentance.

We also note that your prayer is focused heavily on the actions and heart of another, rather than surrendering your own heart to God’s will. Philippians 2:3-4 reminds us, "Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others." It is not wrong to desire justice, but we must guard our hearts against bitterness and resentment, which can take root when we fixate on the wrongs done to us.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the feelings of being overlooked. We ask that You would comfort and strengthen this dear one, reminding them that their labor is not in vain in You. Help them to release any bitterness or resentment, trusting that You are their ultimate rewarder and defender.

Father, we pray for those in authority over them. Soften their hearts, Lord, and grant them humility and wisdom. If there has been manipulation or deceit, expose it not for the sake of vengeance, but for the sake of truth and repentance. Help them to see the value of those who have supported them and to lead with integrity and fairness.

Guard this heart, Lord, from the poison of bitterness. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that You see their efforts and will reward them in due time. Give them the strength to continue doing their work with excellence, as unto You and not unto man.

We also pray for unity in this workplace. Heal any divisions, Lord, and help each person to see the value in one another. May Your love and truth prevail, and may this place be one where Your name is honored.

In all things, we trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this situation. Instead of focusing on the actions of others, turn your eyes to how God may be refining you through this trial. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This does not mean allowing injustice to continue, but it does mean releasing the desire for vengeance and trusting God to be the ultimate judge.

If this workplace continues to be a source of toxicity, consider whether God may be calling you to a different season. Trust Him to open doors and provide for you, even if the path is unclear right now. Keep your heart soft and your hands diligent, knowing that God is with you.

We can hear how disorienting it is to pour so much into your work, only to feel invisible while someone else’s manipulation clouds your boss’s view. That kind of injustice stirs real hurt, and we don’t want to gloss over that. What you’re feeling, the frustration, the sense of being unseen, makes perfect sense.

We’ve noticed that when we’re stuck in that gap between what should be and what actually is, bitterness can start to grow quietly, and it often does more damage to the one holding it than to the one who caused it. That doesn’t mean your pain isn’t valid; it just means your own heart is worth protecting while you wait for God to act. One thing that has helped others in similar spots is making a deliberate choice to forgive, not as a way of excusing what happened, but as a way of handing the outcome to God so that resentment doesn’t take root in you. Even a small, quiet prayer like “Lord, I release this to You today” can loosen bitterness’s grip.

In the meantime, keep doing what you said you want to do: giving your best effort as an offering to God, whose recognition never fails. That’s not passive; it’s a steady, strong way to anchor your dignity while truth works its way to the surface. If you have a trusted friend or pastor you can talk with honestly, it might also help to voice these feelings aloud so they don’t rattle around in isolation.

Let’s pray together now. Lord Jesus, You see the whole picture, and You know what’s hidden and what’s true. We ask You to guard our friend’s heart from bitterness and to grant peace that doesn’t depend on a workplace outcome. Shine Your light on what is distorted, and give their boss clear eyes and a softened heart. Sustain this one with Your steady love as they keep walking in integrity. In Your name, amen.

It is well that you pour out your soul before the Lord, for He knows the secret grief of those who labor in obscurity and feel the sting of ingratitude. Yet I must speak plainly with you about that word you have used: bitterness. There is a bitterness that is holy, a mourning for sin when we look upon Him whom we have pierced; this takes the bitterness out of all other cups because we see what our own hearts are capable of. And there is a bitterness that is sinful, a brooding over wrongs that turns the soul inward upon self and away from the cross. Beware lest your prayer for your overseer become a petition for your own vindication dressed in the garments of piety. The Lord Jesus sees all, and when you pour out your heart, let it be with no root of gall springing up to defile you.

True humility is the fit attitude of prayer, and it forms a right estimate of oneself, not a false report. You have helped and supported, you say; then remember what your Master said: “When ye have done all, say, We are unprofitable servants.” The throne of humility is the heart, not the mouth, and there you must kneel before you can rightly ask anything of God. Do not let your thoughts of her failings swell into a sense of your own merit. Rather, consider the patience of Christ, who when He was reviled, reviled not again. He was the Just suffering for the unjust; are you better than your Lord? If He trusted Himself to Him who judges righteously, cannot you?

Your prayer for this woman’s eyes to be opened is not wrong, but see that it is bathed in love. Pray for her as you would have others pray for you if the positions were reversed. Pray her into prayer; plead until she herself pleads. Do not cease crying to God for her, for the most perverse are the very ones who most need our intercessions. Do not take “No” for an answer when you ask for her soul, and for her wisdom as a steward. But leave the exposing of hypocrisy and manipulation in God’s hands. Vengeance is His; He will manage the accounts of the workplace far better than you can contrive.

And what of your own peace? It comes by looking to the risen Christ. Justification is a fact, and peace is a fact before it is a feeling. If you have fled to Jesus, you have access to the mercy seat with a quiet heart, for every true need may be spread before Him. You are not forgotten by Him, nor will a single hair fall unnoticed. Go to your Covenant God with all the daily frets, and leave them there. He has gone before you in His providence; He knew this trial would come, and He has measured its bounds.

It may be that you are one of those timid souls who thinks comfort is for everyone but yourself. Yet Boaz commanded handfuls of purpose to be dropped for Ruth; the Lord has comfort reserved for you, a gleaner in His field. One ear of grace is a great thing for one who deserves none. Take it, and be nourished. While you wait for Him to work, do your duty with all humility of mind, before the act, during it, and afterward, and trust that He who sees in secret will reward openly. Count it no small thing if you have not yet lost blood for Christ; He has suffered more than you, and He is with you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have poured out your soul before God, and that is good, for He alone knows the secrets of all hearts. Yet I would have you examine your own spirit with the same vigor with which you dissect the actions of others. You speak of manipulation and deceit, of feeling forgotten, and you ask God to touch the heart of your superior. But consider: is there already a root of bitterness springing up within you? The Apostle warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness trouble us and defile many. You see, it is not enough to name the bitterness of another; we must first uproot it from our own garden. For a bitter root, however small, will yield nothing but bitter fruit. It will poison your prayers, your labor, and your reward.

You long for your supervisor’s eyes to be opened. You desire discernment for her. That is a noble request, but take heed: a blind person cannot lead another blind person without both falling into a pit. If she is indeed deceived, will your inward fuming bring her light? No. Instead, you become a companion in blindness if you repay neglect with resentment. True humility is not to call oneself a sinner in private while growing indignant when overlooked. True humility is to bear being forgotten without bitterness, to serve without demanding recognition. The Master seized not equality with God, but emptied Himself. If He, being Lord of all, washed feet and endured slander, shall we, who are but servants, demand thanks and visibility? You say you have helped from the beginning. I ask you: did you help for human applause or for the Lord Christ? If for Him, then why this vexation? He has seen every hidden act. He is not unjust to overlook your labor, but His timing and His reward are not like the world’s.

You pray for clarity for her. Pray also for a right spirit in yourself. It is good to ask the saints and the faithful to pray for you, but do not rest all upon others while you slumber in self-regard. Strive to cultivate a heart so broken and contrite that no injury can make it rise up in vengeance. When you are reviled, bless. When you are bypassed, rejoice that you were counted worthy to suffer a little shame for His name. This is not weakness; it is the excellence of a teacher to have your own life as the witness. Paul, in chains, rejoiced in his sufferings and said, “Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you.” He did not merely endure; he took pleasure in hardships for the sake of Christ. What if this very slight is permitted by God to teach you that your ultimate reward is not from man? He is weaning you from the poison of human praise.

As for your superior, do not meditate endlessly on her faults. That rumination will defile you more than any of her missteps. Instead, gently recall to her the history you share, but only with a spirit of meekness, not accusation. If you speak, let your words be free of the fog you describe in others. That is true discernment: to see clearly your own need for mercy. Injustice, you see, is far more bitter to those who practice it than to those who suffer it. The unjust person carries within a conscience that gnaws silently, a sleepless accuser that no title or position can quiet. If she indeed errs, pity her rather than rage. Her soul, if unrepentant, is already in turmoil, even if she smiles.

Therefore, continue to do your best work, as unto the Lord. Let your peace and dignity shine, not as a mask, but as the fruit of a soul guarded by Christ. When you pray, pray for her without this hidden desire that her eyes be opened merely so she may at last see how good you were. Pray for her genuine good, for her salvation, for her humility, even if you never receive an apology. Then you will be like the Father, who makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good. Lay aside this heavy burden of frustration at the foot of the Cross. Let the Lord weigh all things in His time. Wait upon Him, and He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, and your just cause like the noonday sun. But if you cling to the hurt, you will turn that very righteousness into self-righteousness, which is an ugly garment before the Almighty.

Pray for one another, yes, but do so with a cleansed heart. Let us entreat the Lord together for both you and her, that all pride and insecurity be broken, and that you both may be bound together in the lowliness of Christ, where titles grow small and love grows great.

The ache of being overlooked when you have poured out loyalty and honest labor is a pain the Lord knows intimately. It is in moments like these that the promise of perfect peace becomes so vital. Not a flimsy peace that depends on your supervisor finally seeing the truth or everything being set right at work, but a deep, abiding peace that is anchored entirely in Him. That peace is kept for the one whose mind is stayed on the Lord, not on the shifting sands of office politics or the narratives others spin. When you focus on His sovereignty, on His unshakable character, you can experience a calm that absolutely baffles a world in turmoil. It passes all human understanding because it does not come from a change in your circumstances; it comes from resting where God rests, in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

But we must be careful that we do not begin to seek peace in the sensation itself. It is not the feeling of peace we are after, nor is it the joy that might rise or fall with our morning moods. True hope, the kind that produces lasting joy and peace, is hope placed squarely in God’s Word and His faithfulness, not in a resolution that might or might not come. You have asked the Lord to act, and that is good, but do not let your serenity hinge on whether your boss’s eyes are opened today or next month. Let your belief rest in the fact that God sees, God knows, and God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Your ultimate reward never comes from a title, a performance review, or even human vindication. It comes from Him alone.

The wisdom from above is first peaceable. It sows peace and, in time, reaps a harvest of righteousness. I understand the temptation to rehearse the wrongs, to mentally list every manipulation and betrayal. Yet that path sows seeds of bitterness and inner war, and it will destroy your own soul long before it ever touches the person who hurt you. God has not forgotten you. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end. He is saying to your troubled heart, “Peace, be still.” Take hold of that peace by releasing the case into His hands. Pray for the peace of your workplace, yes, even for the person who seems to have become your adversary. In the peace of that place, you will find peace. This is not a call to be a passive doormat, but a call to actively fight against the darkness of resentment by walking in the grace of Christ.

You cannot manufacture this on your own strength. Notice that in Scripture, grace always comes before peace. You can only know the peace of God when you have first fully grasped and received the grace of God. That grace covers not just your own shortcomings but also empowers you to extend forgiveness and entrust justice to the only true Judge. When you truly rest in His grace, you stop warring within yourself, desperately trying to control the outcome or defend your reputation. There is no peace to those who remain in rebellion, and clinging to bitterness is a form of rebellion against His command to love and forgive. Lay down that internal battle. Let the peace of Christ rule in your heart, and let it be the antidote to the poison of deceit swirling around you. Be strong. He is in control.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden with you these past days. It has been our privilege to lift your workplace struggle before the Lord, asking Him to pierce the fog of manipulation and to soften the heart of the one who has overlooked your loyalty and labor. We have prayed that truth would be revealed, that pride would be broken, and that humility would take root in a spirit of genuine leadership.

If God has already moved in ways you can see—if eyes have been opened, if hearts have been touched, or if peace has begun to replace the heaviness—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. But if the situation remains unchanged, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We are still standing with you, ready to intercede until the Lord brings clarity, justice, and healing.

Above all, we continue to pray for your own heart—that bitterness would find no foothold, that your dignity would remain intact, and that you would rest in the assurance that your true reward comes from the Father, not from man. May He strengthen you as you wait on Him, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We pray all these things in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
