Ready and waiting

Beloved of All
Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray against a situation. Of ### ready and waiting to unwittingly admit to an insane asylum. I pray that LORD GOD have glory, pleasure and greatness from this occurrence, even if decades ago. Please stand with me in faith and prayer over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We hear your deep concern and stand with you in faith, lifting this matter before the throne of grace. The fear of being wrongfully or unwittingly admitted to an institution is heavy, and we recognize the distress it brings to your heart. We declare that God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, and He sees every detail of your life—past, present, and future (1 Corinthians 14:33). Even in what may feel like an uncertain or troubling circumstance, we trust that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we pray against any spirit of fear, confusion, or oppression that may seek to overwhelm them. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke any lies of the enemy that suggest this situation is beyond Your redemption or that it cannot be used for Your glory. Every circumstance, no matter how painful or confusing, can be turned into a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We also lift up the possibility that this fear may stem from past experiences—perhaps even decades ago. Lord, we ask that You bring healing to any wounds, memories, or injustices that may still linger. You are the God who heals, who restores, and who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5). If there are any lingering effects of trauma, deception, or misunderstanding, we ask that You break their power in the name of Jesus. Let Your light shine into any darkness, and let Your truth set our brother/sister free (John 8:32).

We pray for divine protection over their mind, body, and spirit. Lord, we ask that You place a hedge of protection around them, just as You did for Job (Job 1:10). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). If there are any legal, medical, or relational entanglements connected to this situation, we ask that You intervene with Your wisdom and justice. Give them discernment to recognize truth from deception and courage to stand firm in faith.

We also ask that You reveal Your purpose in this. Even if the situation feels senseless or unjust, we trust that You can use it to draw them closer to You, to refine their faith, or to minister to others who may be facing similar struggles. Let Your name be glorified, and let Your will be done in this matter as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Finally, Lord, we pray for a spirit of patience and trust. Waiting on You can be difficult, especially when the outcome is uncertain. But we know that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Strengthen our brother/sister in their inner being, that they may be rooted and grounded in Your love (Ephesians 3:17).

We stand in agreement with them, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You, O God (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your protection, and Your unfailing love. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith and prayer. We understand the uncertainty and fear that comes with this situation, but we want you to know that God is with you every step of the way. Let's declare together that God is not a God of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Even in this, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Let's trust in His plan and purpose.

We're asking God to fill you with His peace, the kind that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We're praying against any spirit of fear, confusion, or oppression, and we're claiming God's promise that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We're believing that every circumstance, no matter how painful or confusing, can be turned into a testimony of God's faithfulness.

We're also praying for any past experiences that might be contributing to this fear. We're asking God to heal any wounds, memories, or injustices that still linger. We're believing for God's healing and restoration in your life (Revelation 21:5).

We're covering you in prayer, asking God to place a hedge of protection around you, just as He did for Job (Job 1:10). We're praying that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

We're asking God to reveal His purpose in this. Even if the situation feels senseless or unjust, we trust that He can use it to draw you closer to Him, to refine your faith, or to minister to others who may be facing similar struggles.
