Reach Out For His Righteous Right Hand

REACH OUT FOR HIS RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND!
"I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness." Isaiah 42:6-7

What are you feeling or facing today? What are you fearful about right now? May I suggest you reach out your hand to your Lord Jesus Christ. Hold on to your Lord's righteous right hand and let Him lead you through all your fiery trials. Yes, especially after Christmas as you face the New Year possibly alone again. Do you know the mighty power that is in His righteous right hand?

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations. Psalm 98:1-2

May you always remember that God had a specific reason that Jesus Christ was born as a baby in Bethlehem. As we all just celebrated Christmas, know in your heart that God sent His only Son to earth to be a light for His children who were walking in darkness. Jesus Christ paid the price on the cross at Calvary. Your Lord can go to your husband or wife, opening their blinded eyes to see Jesus Christ as the Light of the world. Your Lord can go and touch your spouse who has been wounded because of childhood problems or your marriage problems. Your Lord can touch your spouse and take their heart of stone and turn their unforgiveness to a heart of love and forgiveness.

“Is anything too hard for the Lord?...†Genesis 18:14a

Divorces should never happen! God can rekindle and reignite love in marriages to be more on fire than on their wedding days. We just need two open hearts who will get on their knees and each pray every day for the Lord to resurrect their hurting and dead marriage. Then know for certain that God will do it, as He created the institution of marriage. This couple needs to open up their Bible and see that neither one should apply for a divorce as that is what the Bible teaches us.

To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife. 1 Corinthians 7:10-11

Your Lord can also go and set your spouse free, who is a prisoner in bondage to sexual immorality, addictions, pride or selfishness. Your Lord Jesus Christ has paid the price to rescue you, your spouse and loved ones from the darkness and trap of their sins. Your Lord will reveal to your spouse God's amazing truths to teach them how to walk into His great freedom. The Lord is calling them each day, holding out His righteous right hand to pull them out of their dark prison of deceptions and lies as He touches their heart, turning them to God and back home to their waiting beloved spouse and family.

I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. Isaiah 42:16-17

This is a very powerful promise for you to memorize and know and speak in faith regularly! Close your eyes. Can you not imagine the Lord leaving the ninety-nine sheep going after your lost spouse who is so deceived, blinded and tangled into the sins of the world thinking that divorce is the only answer? Who can help them? Only the Lord Jesus Christ can take His righteous right hand and set any or all prodigals free by His mighty power.

It was not by their sword that they won the land, nor did their arm bring them victory; it was your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, for you loved them. Psalm 44:3

Can you imagine the Lord Jesus holding a wounded sheep in His mighty arms? You need to close your eyes and visualize a picture of your Lord loving you and your spouse so much that He will leave all the healthy sheep and go after your lost spouse, picking them up and carrying them until they are safe and then setting them free by His righteous hands.

I was pushed back and about to fall, but the LORD helped me. The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: “'The LORD's right hand has done mighty things! The LORD's right hand is lifted high; the LORD's right hand has done mighty things!†I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done. Psalm 118:13-17

Reach out your hand to hold onto His righteous right hand when you are going through deep waters or when you are fearful of any of your circumstances. He is right there with you. Let me share one of my favorite scriptures:

"’So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand...For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Do not be afraid, O worm Jacob, O little Israel, for I myself will help you,†declares the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 41:10, 13-14

Yes, allow the Lord to hold your hand. Let your Lord God help you and strengthen you when you are so weak, tired and weary that you do not think you can keep on doing all that you must do. I know of many standers who have become exhausted after Christmas. Remember, the enemy is telling you that you are too weak and tired, it has taken too long, and you need someone else to remove your loneliness and help you financially. The enemy is speaking lies to you like he did to Eve in Genesis.

Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you." Isaiah 35:3-4

I would like you to close your eyes and imagine that Your Heavenly Father is right there beside you when you are going through difficult times, and all you have to do is reach out your hand. He will hold onto you with His righteous right hand and you will not fall or be alone! You may have many battles ahead of you, but allow your Lord's right hand to defeat the enemy and restore your marriage!

Have a blessed day,
