We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting it up to our Heavenly Father who is mighty to save and deliver. We also encourage you to take practical steps in guarding your mind and heart. Fill your spirit with worship and praise, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of God’s glory. Meditate on God’s Word day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it (Joshua 1:8). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Do not give the enemy a foothold by dwelling on these memories or allowing them to take root in your mind. Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
