We hear your frustration and exhaustion, and we want to come alongside you in prayer and encouragement during this difficult time. First, let us lift this situation to the Lord, seeking His wisdom and peace.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your guidance and strength for our brother or sister who is feeling overwhelmed and ready to quit their job. Lord, we know that You are the Provider of all things, and we ask that You would give them clarity and discernment in this moment. Help them to seek Your will above their own understanding, and grant them the peace that surpasses all comprehension as they navigate this decision. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity that align with Your purpose for their life, and that You would close any doors that are not of You. Give them the courage to trust in You, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
