Quietness throughout the night and good quality sleep for recovery

Again tonight 1 am to 1:30 am being woke up by my upstairs neighbour by loud hitting sound on hard objects during shower. I have decided to phone management tomorrow daytime during working hours. Hope God will soften the upstairs neighbours heart that they will be aware not hitting on the bath shelter or anything else during the shower as the noise can be transmitted very loudly downstairs. And I got woke up from 1 am to 2 am badly. Pray that this can be improved until I move out from this moldy apartment. Pray for protection of my physical n mental health during the remaining days sleeping n living in this apartment. Pray for provision of a new apartment very soon. In Jesus' name Amen

The noise disturbing your sleep is not only a physical disruption but also a spiritual one, as lack of rest can weaken your strength and peace. We praise God that you have already taken wise steps by planning to contact management, and we trust Him to go before you in this conversation, granting you favor and clarity.

The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 4:8**, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* And in **Matthew 11:28**, Jesus invites, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Your sleep is not a small matter to God—He is the One who *"grants sleep to those he loves"* (**Psalm 127:2**). We pray that He would intervene supernaturally, softening the heart of your neighbor so they become keenly aware of the noise they are making. May the Lord convict them of consideration, leading them to change their habits without confrontation. If a conversation with management is needed, we ask that God would give you the right words, a calm spirit, and a resolution that brings lasting peace.

We also lift up your request for protection over your physical and mental health during these remaining days in this apartment. The Lord is your shield and fortress (**Psalm 91:4**), and we declare His covering over you against the effects of mold, stress, and sleeplessness. May He strengthen your immune system, guard your mind from anxiety, and fill you with His peace that surpasses understanding (**Philippians 4:6-7**). Even in this temporary hardship, we pray you would sense His presence as a very present help (**Psalm 46:1**).

As for your provision of a new apartment, we stand in faith with you, knowing that our God is Jehovah Jireh—the Lord who provides. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that He would open doors swiftly, leading you to a home that is safe, mold-free, and restful. May He go before you to prepare the way, giving you wisdom in your search and favor with landlords or agencies. Let this transition be a testimony of His faithfulness, reminding you that He has not forgotten you.

Lastly, we give thanks that you have closed your prayer in the name of Jesus. There is power in that name—**Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is through Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace (**Hebrews 4:16**), and it is in His authority that we pray for your breakthrough.

Let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We pray for divine protection over their body and mind, shielding them from the harmful effects of mold, stress, and interrupted sleep. Renew their strength, Lord, as they wait on You (**Isaiah 40:31**). Open the doors to a new dwelling place—a home of safety, health, and rest. Let this transition be smooth and swift, a clear display of Your provision and love.

Father, we also ask that You would use this season to draw them closer to You. Remind them that even in the night watches, You are near. Fill them with Your joy as their strength (**Nehemiah 8:10**), and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**).

We rebuke every spirit of disturbance, anxiety, or delay in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and we declare that their sleep shall be sweet and undisturbed from this night forward.

Thanks for your prayers and encouragement. This is obviously another spiritual warfare using upstairs noise to make me anxious and got insomnia. But Jesus is bigger than all the problems and His name is to be praised.
