We stand with you in faith, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The Lord sees all things—nothing is hidden from His sight, and He is a God of justice as well as mercy. Scripture tells us in Hebrews 4:13, *"There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account."* If wrongdoing has occurred, whether recently or in the past, we trust that God will bring truth to light in His perfect timing and for His glory.
We also recognize that unresolved sin—whether committed by us or against us—can weigh heavily on the heart. If there is unconfessed sin in your own life, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord with repentance, for 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* If the wrongdoing was committed against you, we pray for healing, restoration, and the strength to forgive as Christ has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. We ask that You would expose any hidden deeds of darkness, whether from long ago or more recently, and bring them into Your light. Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign will. If there is sin that needs to be confessed, grant repentance and cleansing. If there is injustice that needs to be made right, intervene according to Your wisdom. We pray for protection over hearts and minds, that truth would prevail and that Your name would be glorified in all things.
Father, we also ask for peace and healing for those who have been affected by these events. Where there is pain, bring Your comfort. Where there is confusion, bring clarity. And where there is bitterness, soften hearts to forgive as You have forgiven us. We declare that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19), and we trust You to execute justice in Your way and in Your time.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our sins on the cross so that we might be reconciled to You. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this situation. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful to guide and sustain you. If there are specific actions you feel led to take—such as seeking godly counsel or addressing the matter with those involved—we encourage you to do so with wisdom and discernment, always keeping your eyes fixed on Christ. You are not alone in this; we stand with you in faith and prayer.
