So God & Jesus has already provided the healing when jesus died on the cross.. we just have to bring it to light in the physical world with our faith? Do we continue to Thank God & jesus for our healing until we see it?

Yes....but always give thanks, always give thanks....you need to know healing scriptures and read them over and over again so that you have faith in them and you get rid of your unbelief....if you sow (the Word) generously you will reap generously....so if you read healing scriptures a lot, try to heal the sick. you will see fantastic results in your harvest time....there is a price you must pay for this and you may have to give up most of your TV watching or something else that takes your time away from The Word....
