Beloved of All
🙌 Father thank You for demonstrating Your love for us while we were sinners Christ died for us, Rom 5:8. Help us in our freely receiving of that same love, Rom 5:5, pursuing Your love, and freely and earnestly desiring its expression through spiritual gifts, acts of kindness to believers, unbelievers, friends, family members, even "enemies" (though I ask you convert everyone -- I honestly have no "enemies" but will they'd all be saved, 1 Tim 2:4, all find Your love, grace, forgiveness and empowering times of refreshing that stem from believing in Messiah and repentance and remission of sins and freedom from eternal condemnation, Luke 24:46-47, Acts 3:19-20, 2 Cor 7:10-11, 2 Peter 3:9. We especially desire love for and the edification of Christ's beloved church, 1 Cor 14:1-4. We ask let Your love abound in us in all knowledge of God and true discernment, Wisdom to Choose highest of all possible options, that we may be sincere and without mixture, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which come through Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of You, His and our one true Father, Phil 1:9-11. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will and all that results from that, namely a walk worthy of Jesus' Name, pleasing You every way, abiding fruit in all good works, growing by increasingly knowing You more deeply, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all consistency, joyously giving thanks at all times for for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints-in-light, Col 1:9-12.

🙇🏻 Perfect Father, we thank You we can pursue love, pray in accord with the apostolic prayers, asking, “May our love abound in all knowledge and intense discernment, so we may distinguish between things that differ (see and choose those things which are highest, most excellent, and different from all earthly things -- God's perfect will, way and timing -- which transforms us by the renewing of our minds, as test and approve what the will of God is, that which is good, acceptable and perfect, c.f. Rom 12:2), in order to be sincere and blameless (without anything in our lives that can give offense to The Gospel, or cause our own faith to "hiccup" but rather remain steadfast), Phil 1:9-11, (See Matt 5:45, where we show ourselves to be children of Our Father in Heaven [who is Perfect, Matt 5:48], and Lk 6:35, where we will be called Children of The Most High, consistently bearing His image more clearly, 2 Cor 3:8, by showing what He is like), Gen 1:27, 1 Cor 15:49.

"FILL US with the knowledge of Your Will, in ALL spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner WORTHY of You, LORD, pleasing You in EVERY way, bearing fruit in EVERY good work, growing by INCREASING in the knowledge of God; STRENGTHENED with ALL POWER, by The MIGHT of YOUR GLORY, to ATTAIN ALL STEADFASTNESS and PATIENCE; JOYOUSLY giving THANKS to YOU, who QUALIFIED US to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light," Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are "always praying that we may stand PERFECTLY ASSURED in ALL the WILL OF GOD," Col 4:12. We ask for PRACTICAL WISDOM, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as CHILDREN to be LED by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14, in PATHS of RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE, Prov 8:20, HEARING THE VOICE of JESUS, The Lord OUR SHEPHERD, Jn 10:4-5, 27.

Thank you for angels "sent forth to render service for our sake,” Heb 1:14, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13, and let us do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, deception, Mt 24:4, evil people and imposters proceeding from bad to worse in these last days, deceiving and being deceived, 2 Tim 3:13, keep us from those who claim to know God but by their deeds deny Him, Tit 1:16, have a form of godliness but deny it's power, in fact let us turn away from such as these as well, 2 Tim 3:5, again, keep us from evil people and the evil one, 2Thes 3:2-3. We pray like Jesus, not that You take us out of the world, but that You keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Grant favor as a shield, Ps 5:12, as we thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, and may the peace of God that passes comprehension guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, 2 in whom all the promises are yes and amen, Cor 1:20. In Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

What a beautiful, Scripture-steeped prayer, you are clearly pressing into the things closest to God’s heart. So many requests woven together can feel overwhelming, but at the center you’ve anchored everything in pursuing love and growing in discernment. That’s a prayer God delights to answer, even when the answers come in ordinary, daily ways.

We often imagine that perfected love, unwavering wisdom, and consistent joy will arrive all at once, but the deep work you’re asking for tends to be formed in us more like marathon training than a sprint. The pursuit of love abounding in knowledge and true discernment plays out in small, repeated choices: pausing before we speak, listening carefully, choosing the harder, humbler path in a relationship. It’s in those everyday moments that the Spirit trains us to “distinguish between things that differ” and to love with sincerity.

So today, instead of trying to carry the weight of all these petitions at once, perhaps notice one specific place where God might already be nudging you to love with both warmth and wisdom, maybe a coworker, a church member, or a family conversation you keep revisiting. Ask the Spirit to give you not only the desire but the simple next step, and then trust that He’s strengthening you for the long, steady work of growing in Christlikeness.

Father, thank You for hearing this prayer that so earnestly seeks You. Fill this heart with Your love right now, and let that love overflow in clarity and gentleness. Sharpen their discernment through real-life practice, and grant the joy that comes from knowing they are being led by Your Spirit. Keep them anchored in Your will, protected from what is false, and deeply rooted in the knowledge that You have qualified them for your kingdom. In Jesus’ name we pray.

We come before You, our Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for Your boundless love and mercy. Your Word tells us, "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). How profound is this truth, that You loved us even in our rebellion, sending Your Son to die for us so that we might live. We thank You for this demonstration of love, and we ask that You help us to fully receive and walk in it.

We earnestly desire to pursue love as Your Word commands: "Follow after love and earnestly desire spiritual gifts" (1 Corinthians 14:1). Let our love abound in knowledge and discernment, as Paul prayed, so that we may approve the things that are excellent and be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-11). Father, fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). Strengthen us with all power according to the might of Your glory, so that we may endure with patience and joy, giving thanks to You for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light (Colossians 1:11-12).

We pray that our love would not only be for those who love us but also for those who may oppose us, even as You command: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). We ask that You would soften hearts and draw all people to Yourself, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Let us be instruments of Your grace, extending love, forgiveness, and the message of salvation to all, that they may experience the times of refreshing that come from repentance and faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 3:19-20).

Father, we lift up Your church, the body of Christ, and ask that Your love would edify and unify us. Let us build one another up in faith, speaking the truth in love, and growing into the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:15-16). May our lives reflect Your holiness, so that we are blameless and without offense, shining as lights in a crooked and perverse generation (Philippians 2:15).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment, that we may walk in Your perfect will. Your Word promises, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Lead us by Your Spirit, for "as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God" (Romans 8:14). May we hear the voice of Jesus, our Shepherd, and follow Him in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (John 10:27, Psalm 23:3).

Protect us, Lord, from temptation, sin, and deception. Deliver us from evil and the evil one, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Keep us from those who would lead us astray, who have a form of godliness but deny its power (2 Timothy 3:5). Shield us with Your favor and surround us with Your angels, who are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14).

We thank You for the peace that surpasses all understanding, which guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May we stand firm in faith, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that our labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Let us rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, and continue steadfastly in prayer (Romans 12:12).

Father, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your promises, for all the promises of God are "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). May our lives bring glory and praise to You, now and forevermore. Amen.

Your prayer resonates deeply, you are asking for exactly the things that matter most: a love anchored in true knowledge, a discernment that can sift the excellent from the merely good, and a life that consistently pleases the Lord. It is clear you treasure the apostolic prayers as a pattern for your own. That is a precious habit.

As we join you in that cry, we also want to remind you that the growth you seek unfolds over time, not all at once. Spiritual fruit is developed, not instantly granted, and discernment, especially the kind that distinguishes the highest choice among many good ones, is honed through practice and reliance on the Spirit. The very prayers you are praying plant deep roots, but you will find that God often answers by walking with you through everyday decisions where you learn to lean hard on Him. When you face a complex crossroad, it can help to invite a mature, trusted believer or two to pray and weigh things with you; the body of Christ is given for our growth in wisdom.

You mentioned a longing for practical wisdom. One quiet step is to, each day, present one upcoming decision, small or large, to the Lord and ask for a specific love that discerns His will, then pay attention to how He deepens your peace or clarifies your thinking in the hours that follow. Let that slow, steady training teach you to abide in His leading.

We thank You, Father, for this dear heart that hungers to love with Your own love and to know Your will. By Your Spirit, cultivate that love until it overflows in genuine discernment and joy. Anchor their steps in paths of righteousness, and grant companions who help them see clearly. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

This pouring out of heart according to the apostolic prayers is a sweet savor before the throne. To be filled with the knowledge of His will is indeed the grandest pursuit of a renewed soul, for it is not a knowledge that puffs up, but one that bows the heart in joyful obedience. We do well to remember that this will is not a bare permission, but the very axle of the universe, the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through every limb of human act. And in the realm of grace, it is the sure foundation: salvation is of God's will. The preservation, the perseverance, the resurrection, and the eternal glory of His people rest upon that immutable pillar.

You ask to be led in paths of righteousness, to hear the Shepherd's voice, and to attain all steadfastness and patience with joy. This is a heavenly consistency, and it is secured not by the fickle resolves of man, but by the mighty working of the Spirit who changes the human will, making men willing in the day of God's power. It is a sweet truth that the love of God does not merely coax the will, but conquers it with kindness, taking the stone out of the heart and giving a heart of flesh. When we pray to stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, we are asking for that which God has already pledged to perform, for He who calls you is faithful, and He will do it. Sometimes even to be passive in the hand of God will be your strength, to stand still until the cloudy, fiery pillar moves will be your highest wisdom.

The plea to pursue love and to have it abound in all discernment is a recognition that the love born from above is a spark of the eternal flame of God's own love for you. It is a love that seeks the highest good, choosing excellent things. Here you touch upon the climax of God's love, a love that betroths the soul to Christ in faithfulness and says, "You shall call Me, 'My Husband,' and no more, 'My Master.'" This is a love that doesn't merely forgive, but transforms; it takes vengeance upon the idols that have caused sorrow, saying, "I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth." When you pray for freedom from sin, lies, and fear, to be kept from the evil one and deception, you are simply asking Him to perfect that love which will brook no rival.

And as for that love required of you toward the brethren, toward sinners, and even toward those who oppose themselves, measure it by this: "Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren." This is the commanding height. With no claims upon Him, of His own free will, Christ yielded Himself to die. This love, when perceived, becomes the motive for all steadfast, immovable, always abounding labor in the Lord. Your labor is not in vain in Him, for only that which is true will live; time devours the false, but principles rooted in this dying love are gold and silver and precious stones that endure the flame.

Rest assured, then, upon this: everything God does to His people is all love. If He smiles, it is love; if He frowns, it is love still, for He is love, and to His people nothing else but love. This is your peace, the peace that flows from loving His law, a ceasing from the quarrel with God, a sweet resignation to His will. The great peace is found in ceasing to grasp and in learning that the indwelling Word is better than thousands of gold and silver. Let your heart answer the call of His grace with a present, whole-souled dedication: "We will love Him in return for His great love to us. We will remember Him." Let that be the joyous thanksgiving that marks your days. Do not merely say "If the Lord wills" with the lips, but feel it always in the submissive quiet of a soul kept by that perfect peace. He who qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light will not fail to bring you there.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
