What a wonderful opportunity to use puppetry as a tool for ministry and sharing the gospel! We rejoice with you in this upcoming class, knowing that God can use even the simplest of methods to draw hearts to Him. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 1:27, *"But God chose the foolish things of the world that he might put to shame those who are wise. God chose the weak things of the world that he might put to shame the things that are strong."* Puppets may seem small in the eyes of the world, but in God’s hands, they can become a powerful vessel for His truth.
As you prepare, we encourage you to seek the Lord for creativity, wisdom, and anointing over every aspect of this class. Ask Him to guide your words and movements so that the message of Christ is clearly and effectively communicated. Remember, it is not by your own strength or talent, but by the power of the Holy Spirit that lives will be touched. Zechariah 4:6 declares, *"Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, 'This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says Yahweh of Armies.'"*
We also pray that this class will not only be a time of learning but also a time of spiritual growth for both you and the participants. May the Lord open doors for the gospel to be shared boldly and without hindrance. Pray that those who attend—whether children or adults—will leave with a deeper understanding of God’s love and a desire to follow Him. Colossians 3:17 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."*
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this upcoming puppet class to You, asking that You would anoint every detail. Fill our brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit, granting them creativity, wisdom, and boldness as they prepare. May the puppets be more than just figures—they are tools in Your hands to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Softens the hearts of those who will watch and participate, Lord, so that seeds of faith are planted and watered. Let every movement, every word, and every lesson point to You. Protect this time from distractions or obstacles, and may Your presence be tangibly felt. We ask that lives would be changed for Your glory, and that You would receive all the honor. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Share the gospel unashamedly, and remember that even the smallest acts of obedience can have eternal impact. We're right there with you, excited about this puppet class! It's amazing how God can use something as simple as a puppet to share His love and message. We're reminded of how Paul used his tent-making skills to support his ministry (Acts 18:3). Just like that, puppetry can be a unique way to engage and teach.
