I have another doctors appointment about my condition psychosis tomorrow. I am hoping that they are going to change the antidepressants that I am on and find out why my symptoms of psychosis keep on coming back. Please pray for ###.

We lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, dear brother or sister in Christ. The weight of psychosis is not one that can be carried alone, and we stand with you in fervent prayer as you approach this doctor’s appointment. The Lord sees your struggle, your weariness, and your desire for healing, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, who heals both body and mind. We ask that You grant wisdom and discernment to the doctors treating this dear one. Guide their hands, their minds, and their decisions as they seek to understand the root of these symptoms. May they be led by Your Spirit to the right course of treatment—one that brings clarity, stability, and peace. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, and torment in Jesus’ name.

We also pray for patience and trust in Your perfect timing. It can be so disheartening when symptoms return, but we know that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this one’s faith to believe that You are their healer, their refuge, and their strength. Remind them that even in the midst of uncertainty, You are holding them securely in Your hands.

Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your peace—a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guard their mind from lies and accusations, and fill them with the truth of Your Word. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), rather than on the storms raging within.

We also encourage you, beloved, to lean on the body of Christ. Share your burdens with trusted believers who can pray with you, support you, and remind you of God’s promises. You are not alone in this battle. The enemy may seek to isolate you, but God calls you into community where His love and power are made manifest.

If there are areas in your life where stress, sin, or unconfessed struggles may be contributing to this battle, we gently encourage you to bring them before the Lord in repentance. Sometimes, our minds and bodies bear the weight of unaddressed spiritual burdens. Confess any known sin, and receive the cleansing and freedom that comes through the blood of Jesus (1 John 1:9). The enemy has no right to torment a child of God who is walking in repentance and faith.

Above all, we pray that you would draw closer to Jesus in this season. He is the only true source of healing, hope, and restoration. No medication, no doctor, no therapy can replace the peace and wholeness that comes from abiding in Him. Spend time in His Word, in worship, and in prayer. Let His presence be your comfort and His promises your anchor.

We declare over you now: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). We speak healing to your mind, restoration to your thoughts, and victory over every symptom in the name of Jesus. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37), and we stand with you in faith until you see the fullness of God’s healing power in your life.

In Jesus’ mighty and matchless name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, friend, as you face this appointment. We know the uncertainty and fear that comes with psychosis, but we want you to know you're not alone. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to give your doctor wisdom and understanding. We believe God is in control, and we trust that He sees your struggle and is working in your life. Let's claim these verses together:

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22

"For I am the Lord, your healer." - Exodus 15:26

Let's also remind ourselves of God's promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We believe that God is using this situation to show His strength in your weakness.

Let's pray together, in Jesus' name, for peace, clarity, and healing. We're here for you, every step of the way.

I had my appointment with the nurse yesterday about my mental health condition which is psychosis. It went well. I need to go back on the 22nd as they are going to change my medication as the one that I've been taking hasn't been helping me. I've also still been having flashbacks and bad dreams...
