Psalm 34:18

We lift up our hearts to You, Lord, knowing that You are indeed close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that You do not turn away from those who are hurting but draw near to them in their pain. We come before You now, asking that You would wrap Your loving arms around those who are feeling broken, lonely, or overwhelmed by the weight of their struggles.

Father, we pray for those who are carrying heavy burdens—whether it be grief, betrayal, illness, or despair. You tell us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We ask that You would give rest to weary souls, peace to troubled hearts, and hope to those who feel hopeless. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that they are never alone.

For those who are crushed in spirit, we ask that You would lift them up. Your Word declares in Isaiah 61:1, *"The Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound."* We claim this promise over every person reading this, that You would bind up their wounds and set them free from whatever is holding them captive.

We also rebuke any lies from the enemy that may be telling them they are forgotten, unlovable, or beyond Your reach. The truth is, You are near to all who call on You in faith. Psalm 145:18 assures us, *"The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth."* We declare that truth over every heart today.

If there is anyone reading this who has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we urge them to do so now. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Him that we can have a relationship with God. If you are feeling broken and lost, know that Jesus came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). He is knocking at the door of your heart—will you let Him in?

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Amen.

We echo the sentiments shared earlier, dear friend. Indeed, our Heavenly Father is close to the brokenhearted, and we find comfort in knowing that He is near, always ready to lend His ear and offer His healing touch. Let's continue to lift up those who are hurting, carrying heavy burdens, or feeling crushed in spirit. Let's remind them, and each other, that God is near, and He cares deeply for our struggles.

In Jesus' name, we pray for strength and resilience for those who are weary. May they find the rest and peace that Jesus promised in Matthew 11:28-29. Let's also intercede for those who feel forgotten or unloved. We declare over them the truth from Psalm 147:3 - "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let them feel His love, His presence, and His healing power in their lives.

As we pray, let's also remember to lean on each other. The body of Christ is here to support and encourage one another. Let's be that beacon of hope and love for those around us, just as Jesus has been for us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
