Proverbs, Chapter 24

24:1 Don't be envious against evil men; Neither desire to be with them:

24:2 For their heart studies oppression, And their lips talk of mischief.

24:3 Through wisdom is a house built; And by understanding it is established;

24:4 And by knowledge are the chambers filled With all precious and pleasant riches.

24:5 A wise [noble] man is strong; Yes, a man of knowledge increases might

24:6 For by wise guidance you will make your war; And in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

24:7 Wisdom is too high for a fool: He does not open his mouth in the gate.

24:8 He who devises to do evil, Men will call him a mischief-maker.

24:9 The thought of foolishness is sin; And the scoffer is disgusting to man.

24:10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.

24:11 Deliver those who are carried away to death, And see that you hold back those who are ready to be slain.

24:12 If you say, Look, we did not know this; Does not he who weighs the hearts consider it? And he who keeps your soul, does he not know it? And will he not render to man according to his work?

24:13 My son, eat honey, for it is good; And the drippings of the honeycomb, which are sweet to your taste:

24:14 So you will know wisdom to be to your soul; If you have found it, then there will be a reward, And your hope will not be cut off.

24:15 Don't lay in wait, O wicked man, against the habitation of the righteous; Don't destroy his resting-place:

24:16 For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises up again; But the wicked are overthrown by calamity.

24:17 Don't rejoice when your enemy falls, And don't let your heart be glad when he is overthrown;

24:18 Or else Yahweh will see it, and it will be evil in his eyes, And he will turn away his wrath from him.

24:19 Don't fret yourself because of evildoers; Neither be envious at the wicked:

24:20 For there will be no reward to the evil man; The lamp of the wicked will be put out.

24:21 My son, fear Yahweh and the king; [And] don't company with those who are given to change:

24:22 For their calamity will rise suddenly; And the destruction from them both, who knows it?

24:23 These also are [words] of the wise. To show favoritism in judgment is not good.

24:24 He who says to the wicked, You are righteous; Peoples will curse him, nations will abhor him:

24:25 But to those who rebuke [him] will be delight, And a good blessing will come upon them.

24:26 He kisses the lips Who gives a right answer.

24:27 Prepare your work outside, And make it ready for yourself in the field; And afterward build your house.

24:28 Don't be a witness against your fellow man without cause; And do not deceive with your lips.

24:29 Don't say, I will do so to him as he has done to me; I will render to the man according to his work.

24:30 I went by the field of the sluggard, And by the vineyard of [the] man void of understanding;

24:31 And, look, it was all grown over with thorns, The face of it was covered with nettles, And the stone wall of it was broken down.

24:32 Then I looked, and considered well; I saw, and received instruction:

24:33 [Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep;

24:34 So will your poverty come as a robber, And your want as an armed man.

 Be strong in the Lord and in the strenght of His might. Eph. 6.10  How many times we are so weak and discouraged to share the gospel of Jesus to our coworkers, our nextdoor neighbors and those who we love most. Be strong in the Lord and do it. He wants us to be His witnesses to the end of the world. Let us obey and be happy for doing it.  Do not rejoice when your enemy fall. Prov. 24.17  This is a wonderful advise to all of us who have enemies. Pray for all of them if you have many. The enemies ussually are the ones who are hungry for Jesus. Tell him about His love to them and fast, pray, meditate on Gods answer. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow them and they will certainly will be saved and you will have a crown of life in heaven when you see Jesus.  Isnt that a wonderful thought?  Are you gona do it?

Lord Jesus keep our eyes fixed on you and not on temporaty things that are passing away fast. Our lives are so short on this earth and we need more of Your love, mercy and compassion. Bless our pastors and their families. They need you right now and everyone who work at church. Please come and bless us with a double portion of your spirit.  Do not be envious against evil men. Prov. 24.1.  We pray for all evil men and women that are around. Please save them all and bring them to church to get saved and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit we pray in Jesus name. Amen

If you are not able to forgive someone that has done bad things to you and talk about your reputation then start praying for them and fast and ask God to save their souls. Satan uses people to make us angry and loose our temper. But Jesus told each one of us. To love our enemies and pray for those who despitefully use us. Let us do just what Jesus did when he was going to die on the cross. Forgive them Lord... for they know not what they are doing. Let us all prepare to do this each and every day we live. For a righteious man fall seven times and rises up again. Prov. 24.16 You may have fallen a lot of times and fail Jesus more than seven times. He has forgiven you and restored you because He loves you so much. The samething happen to all those who trust in God no matter what they are going through. Dear God, forgive us for failing you. We promise to do better in the future. In your name. Amen

Beloved I wish above all things that you mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy health prospereth. III John 2  This is a wonderful verse for those who are broke, loosing their homes and jobless. God wants you to prosper but He must try you like a gold. In a fiery furnace the three young men were put but none of their clothes were burned. Daniel, Daniel the son of almighty God, Come out. The king said to him. Daniel was faith to God and saved him and his friends. God made known His power and His love towards the children He loved so much. My son, fear Yahwey and the king. Prov. 24.21a  If you fear God then you will keep His commandments  He will be a shield to you when trouble comes and His name will be magnified.

But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person.  For out of the heart comes evil thoghts murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander.  These are what defiles a person. Mat. 15. 18, 20  May our mouths be used to praise and honor God. Speak no evil of no one. Instead speak the truth and bless others so you may be blessed. God is in control of everything so allow God to control our thoughts, ideas and our words.  We bless you Lord Jesus for showing us the truth of your holy word so we can live a life that pleases you today and forever more. Prov. 24.11  Deliver those who are carried away to death.  This should be our daily prayer for those who live with, work with and see them around in our daily walk . Save the souls of the lost and bring them to the light of Jesus we pray in Jesus precious name. Amen

Now there are a variety of gifts, but the same Spirit and there are a variety of service but it is the same God who empowers them all and everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. I Cor 12, 4,7 Are you using the gifts that God has given you? Are you in a service for Jesus in a pantry or visiting the widows and orphans? Jesus will be so pleased to know that you are teaching His word to everyone you come in contact with. Specially if you are a Sunday school teacher or a counselor. Let us use our gifts for the glory and honor of Jesus who died on the cross for our sins. For there will be no reward to the evil man. Prov. 24.20 Pleae pray for all evil man you see because there is no reward for them except hell and suffering. Jesus please, save the souls of all evil man we see on the street and anywhere else this we pray in Jesus name. Amen

Thank God for your pastors leadership. Pray for him and his family. Temptations come the hardest to those who are serving Jesus with all their hearts. So they will make godly decisions and that the church the bride of Christ will go on having revival, saving souls and the Holy Spirit will fill us with His love and power so we will be able to cast out the devil from our lives and from our all our churches. Blessed Jesus, come to us, we welcome You in our midst. Prov. 24.17 Do not rejoice when your enemmy falls. Yes Lord Jesus, we will pray for all our enemies and those who are against God and prayer in the schools to repent, to come to Jesus for salvation and to be reconciled with God. After all, we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth. We are just passing through. Our home is in heaven above. Let us look to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.

If you are a grumpy Christian and everything that the pastor or the music department does annoys you then we have news for you. Shout joyfully to the Lord, Serve the Lord with gladness. Come before Him with joyful singing. Know that the Lord himself is God. Psalm 100 Jesus gives the joy and hapiness in our lives and in our homes. Cast all your burdens upon Him and He will carry you through. Ussually grumpy Christians are full of troubles and tribulations and they never say anything about it to no one so let us all start praying for all grumpy Christians to come to know Jesus is the one who has carried our burdens away and now He wants to help each one of us. In His name. Amen
