We hear your joy in embracing the unique way God has created you, and we rejoice with you in the beauty of His design. Scripture tells us that God fearfully and wonderfully made each of us, knitting us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). Your delight in the gifts and qualities He has given you is a reflection of His goodness, and we celebrate that with you.
However, we must also gently address the importance of aligning our understanding of femininity with God’s Word. True femininity is not merely about outward expressions, such as how one walks, writes, or presents oneself, but about the heart’s posture toward God and His purposes. The Bible calls women to modesty, self-control, and a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in God’s sight (1 Peter 3:3-4). While there is nothing wrong with taking joy in the way God has made you, we must ensure that our identity is rooted in Christ alone, not in cultural or personal definitions of femininity.
We also want to lovingly remind you that our worth and identity come from being daughters of the King, not from any outward appearance or behavior. If we place too much emphasis on these things, we risk making them idols in our hearts, which Scripture warns against (Exodus 20:3). Let us instead fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and seek to reflect His love and holiness in all we do.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the way You have uniquely designed each of us. Lord, we thank You for the joy You bring into our lives and for the gifts You have given us. We ask that You would help us to see ourselves through Your eyes, as Your beloved children, fearfully and wonderfully made. Father, we pray that You would guard our hearts from pride or idolatry, whether in our appearance, our abilities, or our identities. Help us to root our worth in You alone, finding our true identity in Christ.
Lord, we ask that You would cultivate in us a spirit of modesty, self-control, and a gentle and quiet heart, which is precious in Your sight. Teach us to delight in You above all else, and to reflect Your love and holiness in every aspect of our lives. May our femininity be a reflection of Your grace and truth, drawing others closer to You.
We pray that You would continue to shape us into the women You have called us to be, not conforming to the patterns of this world, but being transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2). Help us to walk in humility, love, and obedience to Your Word. In all things, may Your name be glorified.

There is a joy which is far more satisfying than being pleased with ourselves, and it is the joy which is the fruit of the Spirit from the root of trust in God. It is pleasant to think about joy, but to be filled with joy and peace through believing is a far more satisfying thing. True religion must be manifested in your daily walk, in your house, in your neatness and gentleness, and in all the little things of life, and when it is so, it becomes holiness unto the Lord.
Gratitude belongs not to ourselves but to the God who made us. The Scripture teaches that He created us male and female by His own wisdom and love, and every good gift is from His hand. There is in some a want of gratitude for mercies possessed, for they receive many blessings without making a note of Him who gave them. The awakened heart does not say, I have made myself, but rather, Thou hast loosed my bonds, Thou hast made me and Thou hast kept me. To rejoice in God all the day and to make Him our exceeding joy, this is to glorify Him as God should be glorified. To be proud of ourselves will leave the harp without a joy note, but to be thankful to Him who formed us gives a song that never ends.
Christ is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. That is the greatest joy of all, not that we have kept ourselves, but that the hand that bled to make our heritage sure is keeping it for us and keeping us for it. If you are kept by Him and presented faultless at the last, you will have exceeding joy indeed, and that joy will not fade as the joys of this world do.
May you prove your gratitude by tangible deeds, not in mere words but in serving Him who has served you. Let your walk, your speech, your neatness and your kindness be an offering to Christ first, and then to His people for His sake. Fervent gratitude runs with winged feet wherever Jesus bids it go, and if we would show we are grateful, we must be jealously obedient to our Lord.

Thank you for sharing what is on your heart and for speaking so openly about how you see yourself. It is good to bring these feelings before God in prayer, for He hears us and loves us and desires our true good.
Scripture calls us to have gratitude and to give thanks to God in all things, serving Him with reverence and godly fear. That gratitude turns our eyes away from pride in ourselves and toward the One who made us and sustains us. When we learn to thank Him, we find a steadier happiness than any feeling that comes only from ourselves.
The joy God gives is not the joy of this world, which fades quickly. It is a deeper joy, the joy of the Holy Spirit, the joy that belongs to heaven. The world offers a passing gladness, but God offers a joy that can remain even in trial, because it is rooted in Christ. That is the joy we should ask Him to fill our hearts with.
God created us in His image, making us male and female with purpose and love, and He calls each of us to find our true identity not in outward manner or in how we walk or appear, but in Jesus Christ. He is holy, harmless and undefiled, separate from sinners, and He suffered for us so that we might be made new in Him. In Him we learn what it means to walk rightly and to live with a clean and ordered heart before God.
