Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Your request for extra strong protection and breakthrough has been heard and we join you in prayer for you and for all who are in need.
We thank God that He is strong and mighty in battle. As the Scriptures say, He has gone up on high and led captivity captive, and He came to preach deliverance to captives and recovery of sight to the blind. His purpose in coming was not only to deliver from evil but to supply good, to bring us from under the curse and into adoption as sons through Christ.
We pray that the Lord will be your protection and your breakthrough. Scripture reminds us that God does not always promise immediate deliverance from every hardship, but He does promise to set us above fear and danger, to fix our hope on the immortality of the soul and the better resurrection He has prepared. Even when He allows trial, He grants something greater, the strength to stand firm and to despise fear, knowing that nothing can separate us from His love.
We ask that He clothe you in strong armor for the warfare of this life. Christ Himself stands by as our commander, unconquerable and ever ready to help, and He has furnished us with what we need to stand firm. May He give you a steadfast purpose of mind to walk in obedience to Him.
We also remember that Christ Himself offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears to the Father who was able to save Him, and He was heard. You can bring your need with that same confidence, knowing the Father hears the cries of His children.
So we pray now for you: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your hand of protection over this person and over all who are in need. Guard them in body and soul, keep them from the schemes of the enemy, and grant breakthrough where there has been bondage or struggle. Fill them with Your Spirit of adoption, strengthen their faith, and help them to live for Your glory and for the good of others, using every gift You have given for the common advantage. Grant peace to their heart and confidence that You are near. Amen.
