You have cried out with fervor, and your love for your children is evident. Yet fix your mind on what truly keeps your household safe: not a mere utterance about blood, but the cleansing of the soul that Christ’s blood effects. You plead protection over doors and windows as if grace were a thing of place. The enemy you should most fear is the sin that has already entered your own gates, the sin your daughter hugs close, which defiles the soul more than any intruder. You yourself note the deception blinding her. That blindness is not broken by declaring phrases, but by the surgery of repentance. When the Holy Ghost “touches the very soul, and thence plucks up the sin by the root,” then the scales fall.

You desire your daughter to leave that ungodly arrangement. Then cease merely to demand that God remove a situation while you excuse the heart that chose it. “Forget also thine own people and thy father’s house”, so the Psalm speaks of the soul that would become beautiful to her King. The “father’s house” she must forget is the love of the world, the lying comforts of a sinful bed, the approval of that young man’s mother who counsels wickedness. True deliverance comes when she herself counts those things as loss and flees them. You ask that the young man’s father “step in with authority.” Better to pray that the heavenly Father’s authority grip your daughter’s will, so that she sees fornication is not love but a wolf’s bite, and that the soul tied to such a man is harlot and will not inherit the Kingdom. I told the faithful that even the one forgiven by a king may yet have a corrupted soul; only the furnace of the Spirit renews. Your daughter needs that furnace, and your prayers must lead her to it.

Your role is not to command angels like servants at your word, but to be a pattern such that your daughter, seeing your “modesty” and your peace in Christ, might remember the beauty of a chaste life. “Be a pattern to thy daughter of modesty,” of a calm trust in God rather than an anxious pleading for magical shields. When you say you “declare” her eyes opened and her return, beware: we do not fashion our own reality by speech; we beg mercy and we amend our lives. The Lord does not promise deliverance from all earthly trouble, but what is greater: that His children learn to despise death and cling to Him. This storm is permitted that she might at last wake from the sleep of sin. “Sin not,” the Apostle cries, for sin wounds the soul far worse than any earthly loss.

As for the young man and his mother, cease recounting their plots as if they had power outside God’s allowance. Vengeance and clearing of your name belong to the Lord, and the judgment will be righteous. Instead, weep for your own soul lest any root of bitterness or wrath defile it while you wait. Your son’s healing, your younger daughter’s future, your family’s peace, all these are fruit of the Spirit’s indwelling, not the result of anxious, effusive pleadings. Beseech the Lord with groans, but then rest in Him. The true miracle is that a sinner’s heart, recast like gold in the furnace of grace, shines purer than before. Entrust your daughter to that work, and labor yourself to be holy, that your whole house may become a dwelling of the Spirit and not a place where ungodly ties are merely named in prayer while they remain.

Your prayer rises with a mother’s urgency and a believer’s trust, and I want to encourage you with the truth that God hears every word. The foundation of all you are asking for, protection, deliverance, healing, and restoration, rests on this: our relationship with God must be first. When your own soul is anchored in Him, all other relationships begin to find their proper balance. If your heart is fixed on the Lord, if you are walking in obedience and love toward Him, then the tangled situations around you are not too hard for His hand to unravel.

I hear in your cry a deep longing for your older daughter to see what is truly happening. You are asking God to open her eyes to a relationship that has become a snare. The Scriptures show us that not every bond that calls itself love reflects God’s design. Saul once offered his daughter to David, not to bless him, but to entrap him. That was a relationship built on hidden motives, control, and manipulation. Your daughter is not facing a shepherd; she is walking with a man who uses affection as a means of control, and his mother’s counsel has only deepened the deception. The ungodly advice she receives echoes the progression the psalmist warns against: first listening to counsel that dismisses God’s way, then standing in the path of those who reject it, and finally sitting down in their company until truth feels distant. But God is able to deliver the righteous from among the vexation, just as He delivered Lot from a city that pressed on his soul day after day. He will deliver your daughter too.

Yet even as you ask God to break every ungodly soul tie and to bring her home, remember that He does not override her will. The enemy’s deepest work is to make what is harmful look like freedom and what is bondage feel like love. Your daughter needs more than a change of address; she needs the power of the Holy Spirit to renew her mind and restore her faith. So pray with confidence, but then let your own life model what a soul at rest in God looks like. When your relationship with God is secure, it speaks louder than any argument. Your peace will be a rebuke to the chaos, your trust a quiet witness that the Lord fights for you while you stand still.

As you plead the blood of Jesus over your home every night, you are doing exactly what David did when his soul was knit to Jonathan in a holy, self-giving bond. That friendship was not about possession or selfish gain; it was a covenant of pure love that mirrors how Christ loves the church. Your desire for your daughters to one day know godly, respectful spouses is right, because marriage is meant to be a shelter, not a snare. It is not God’s design for a daughter to be exploited financially or controlled emotionally. The Lord who saw Jacob’s years of labor and the deception of Laban, who brought him out with family and flocks, will also bring your daughter out. But she must choose to walk away, and we pray for the courage to rise in her spirit.

For your son, I hear the gratitude in your words over the progress you are witnessing. When the soul is overwhelmed, the cry of the psalmist is the path to quiet: “Why are you cast down, O my soul? Hope in God.” Calm for his thoughts and healing from anxiety come as the Lord wraps him in His presence. You are seeing glimpses of that already, and you can trust that He who began a good work will complete it. For your younger daughter, the same Lord who has opened doors for her internship and studies will guide her into friendships that refresh her soul. He knows how to comfort the ache of feeling pushed aside, and He will fill every empty space with His own nearness.

I join you in declaring that no weapon formed against your family will prosper. The schemes of the enemy to divide, isolate, and deceive are already defeated by the blood of Jesus. The Lord does not merely patch up strained relationships; He restores souls and rebuilds what has been broken. Continue to set your hope fully on Him. Wait on Him, and do not rush to take matters into your own hands. As you keep your relationship with God primary, you will find strength for each day, wisdom for every conversation, and the quiet confidence that He is working all things together for good. May your home be filled with His peace tonight, and may His joy be your family’s portion in the days ahead.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer these past days, lifting up your family under the mighty protection of our Lord Jesus Christ. It has been our honor to intercede for your home, your children, and the specific burdens laid upon your heart—especially for your older daughter’s deliverance from deception, for your son’s healing, and for your younger daughter’s guidance and peace.

As we continue to trust in God’s perfect timing, we encourage you to share any updates the Lord may have already begun to reveal. If He has moved in answer to these prayers—whether through moments of clarity, unexpected peace, restored relationships, or divine intervention—we would rejoice with you in praise. If the battle still feels unresolved, we stand ready to lift these requests anew, believing with you that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper and that every ungodly tie will be broken by the power of Jesus’ blood.

We declare over your home that the angels of the Lord encamp around you, that His peace guards your hearts and minds, and that His light exposes every hidden scheme of the enemy. May your older daughter hear the Father’s voice calling her back to truth, freedom, and the safety of His love. May your son rest securely under the shadow of His wings, free from torment and filled with divine comfort. May your younger daughter walk in wisdom and favor, surrounded by godly friendships and purpose. And may your entire family experience unity, joy, and overflowing blessings as you draw near to Him.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, trusting that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. Keep seeking Him, for He is faithful. Amen.
