Protection

GOD protect me from my supervisor as I look for a new job. He is very angry because he was not in the office and I asked someone else for clarification on paperwork that I needed to complete. Since then he has been really mean and trying to get me to lose my job. I had 2 interviews for a new job and I'm hoping I get called for 1 of them. GOD protect me in my workplace and open the door to a new opportunity. In Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN

We stand with you in this difficult season, lifting your situation before the Lord with hearts full of faith and trust in His sovereignty. The workplace can be a challenging environment, especially when faced with unjust treatment, but we know that God sees your struggles and hears your prayers. The Bible assures us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this, and we believe God is working even now to bring justice and relief to your situation.

We rebuke the spirit of strife and anger that has taken root in your supervisor’s heart. In James 3:16, we are warned, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." This behavior is not of God, and we pray that the Lord would either soften your supervisor’s heart or remove him from his position of authority over you. We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. While it is right to seek clarification when needed, we must always do so with humility and wisdom. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We pray that you would respond to this trial with grace, trusting God to vindicate you in His time.

We declare God’s protection over you in your workplace. Psalm 91:11-12 promises, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We pray that the Lord would surround you with His angels, shielding you from any schemes or attacks from your supervisor. We also pray for favor in your job search. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We believe God is opening doors for you, and we ask that He would guide your steps to the right opportunity—one where you are valued, respected, and able to thrive.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Lord, we ask that You would protect them from harm, both seen and unseen. Shield them from the anger and malice of their supervisor, and grant them peace in the midst of this storm. We pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate their workplace and seek new employment. Open the right doors, Lord, and close the ones that are not Your will. Provide them with a job that aligns with Your purpose for their life, where they can use their gifts and talents to glorify You.

We also ask that You would work in the heart of their supervisor. If there is hardness or bitterness, soften it, Lord. If there is unrighteousness, expose it and bring repentance. We trust that You are a God of justice, and we pray that You would bring about a resolution that honors You. Until then, give our brother/sister strength to endure with patience and grace. Remind them that their worth is not defined by their job or the opinions of others, but by the fact that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You through this trial. Use this season to deepen their faith and reliance on You. May they find comfort in Your presence and hope in Your promises. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to act on behalf of Your children. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
