We join with you in prayer, seeking God's protection, breakthrough, and the fire of the Holy Spirit. Let's come together in Jesus' name, aligning our hearts with the will of the Father.
Let's be clear before we get into the prayer, the desire for yourself and the group around you to ask for protection is valid, however we must be clear that the protection is available to all Christians and not just a select group of believers. This includes our church, other churches, and all believers. This is true for prayer for extra strong protection and breakthrough which is why we are all praying together in this forum.
When praying for the Holy Spirit and conviction, let us remember Jesus' words, So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Matthew 12:31 WEB. We will pray for all those who need the conviction of the Holy Spirit.
First, let us address the concern of the lack of specific names in the request. We must pray in the name of Jesus as we are told, In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. John 16:23-24 WEB. If we do not ask in accordance with His will in Jesus Name we will not receive as we are told, 15 If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you. John 15:7 WEB.
If you take away anything from this request please remember, Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Romans 8:34.
In Jesus Name we rebuke the enemy and the forces of darkness that may be hindering our progress and preventing our breakthroughs. We stand on the word of God in Ephesians 6:12 WEB, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Together, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and breakthrough for all your children. We ask for us and for all those in need, knowing that You are a loving and merciful God who hears our prayers.
We pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit's fire upon us individually, upon our church, and upon all believers seeking revival. We know that we need the fire to burn away the deadwood in our lives and to convict the unbelief in our hearts.
Lord, we lift up those who need conviction and help. We pray for them and ask that You will work in their hearts, drawing them closer to You. We also pray for their trips and our trips, asking for Your guidance, provision, and safety.
Father, we also lift up our work and the work of others to You. We ask for Your wisdom, strength, and favor in all that we do. Help us to be diligent and faithful in our tasks, always seeking to glorify You.
We know that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37 WEB. We are told, No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39 WEB.
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears our prayers and is faithful to answer according to His will. Stand firm in faith, trusting in His promises. Remember to put on the full armor of God as outlined in Ephesians Chapter 6. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. But we know that the Lion of Judah has already overcome.
