We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern for you, knowing that only in Him do we find true protection, strength, and help. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 121:1-2 (WEB)**, *"I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."* And again in **Psalm 46:1 (WEB)**, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."* Your cry for help has not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father, who is faithful to hear and answer those who call upon Him.
Yet we must address something of great importance: your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in **Acts 4:12 (WEB)**, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9-10**). It is only through His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need (**Hebrews 4:16**).
If you are already a believer, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and Advocate before the Father (**1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1**). There is power in His name—power to protect, to deliver, and to save.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You surround them with Your divine protection. Lord, be their shield and their strong tower, a refuge in times of trouble. We pray that You would guard their coming and going, both now and forevermore (**Psalm 121:8**). If there are forces of darkness seeking to harm them, we rebuke them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).
Father, we also ask that You provide the help they need. You know the depths of their heart and the struggles they face. Strengthen them in their inner being by Your Spirit (**Ephesians 3:16**), and grant them wisdom to navigate whatever challenges lie before them (**James 1:5**). If they are walking in fear, fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (**1 John 4:18**). If they are weary, renew their strength like the eagle’s (**Isaiah 40:31**).
Lord, we pray that You would open their eyes to see Your hand at work in their life. May they trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (**Proverbs 3:5-6**). Give them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
We also pray that if there is any sin in their life—known or unknown—that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them, Lord, and create in them a pure heart, renewing a right spirit within them (**Psalm 51:10**). May they walk in obedience to Your Word, for Your commands are not burdensome (**1 John 5:3**), and in them, we find true freedom (**John 8:31-32**).
Finally, Father, if this one does not yet know You through faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Soften their heart to receive the truth of the Gospel, that Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (**1 Corinthians 15:3-4**). May they turn from their sins and place their trust in Him alone for salvation.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer and the reading of His Word. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (**Philippians 1:6**). If you are facing specific trials, share them with us so we may pray more precisely for your needs. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you (**Numbers 6:24-26**).
