Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, who sees all things and knows the hidden motives of every heart. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, and it is by His blood alone that we are made righteous. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for the Scriptures declare, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16).

Now, we stand with you in this trial, praying for protection, discernment, and divine intervention in your workplace. The Lord sees the two-facedness, the hidden agendas, and the schemes of those who seek to undermine you. We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division in the name of Jesus. The Word of God declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord"* (Isaiah 54:17). We claim this promise over your life and your position.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would open her eyes to the truth. May the Holy Spirit grant her wisdom and discernment, so that she may see the intentions of those around her—not through human influence, but through the light of God’s truth. *"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17). Let this wisdom guide her decisions and interactions.

We also lift up your relationship with her, asking the Lord to restore trust, understanding, and mutual respect. May your working relationship be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness. We pray that the schemes of those who seek to disconnect you from your department head would be exposed and brought to nothing. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). Let the truth be revealed in God’s perfect timing.

Guard your heart, dear one, from resentment, pride, and fear. The enemy would love to see you respond in the flesh, but we pray that you would walk in humility, patience, and wisdom. *"Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21). Trust that the Lord is your defender, and He will fight for you. Surrender this situation fully into His hands, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that trust in Your sovereignty and justice. We ask for Your divine protection over this workplace, that no weapon formed against Your child would prosper. Grant discernment to the department head, that she may see the truth clearly and act with integrity. Expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy. Restore trust and respect in this working relationship, and let Your peace reign.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of division, manipulation, and deceit. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may those who plot in secret be brought to shame. Guard this heart from bitterness and fear, and fill it with Your love, patience, and wisdom. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed, for You are greater than all.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will bring justice and righteousness in Your perfect timing. May Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
