Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏👍

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, please reveal the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this heavy burden of workplace strife and hidden intentions. Father, we acknowledge that You see all things—every spoken word, every concealed motive, and every shadow of deception. We stand on Your promise in Proverbs 20:24, "A man’s steps are from the Lord; how then can man understand his way?" You alone direct our paths, and we trust that You will expose what needs to be revealed in Your perfect timing.

We pray for this department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James 3:17 declares, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." Open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence, but through Your unchanging light. If there are intentions in her heart or among her advisors that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You would gently but firmly reveal them. Let deception be uncovered and truth prevail, not by human effort, but by Your sovereign hand.

We also lift up this believer’s position and work, placing it fully into Your hands. You know their heart, their integrity, and their desire to serve faithfully. We pray for protection against unjust exclusion or removal, trusting in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Let their work be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may they not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Father, we ask for restoration in this working relationship. Where trust has been broken, rebuild it. Where misunderstanding has taken root, bring clarity. Let mutual respect grow, and may their interactions be marked by peace and fairness. We rebuke any spirit of division or manipulation at work in this situation. As Ephesians 4:29 reminds us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." May this believer’s words and actions reflect Your grace, even in the face of adversity.

We also pray for protection over their heart. Guard them from resentment, pride, or fear, for these are tools the enemy uses to distract and discourage. Instead, fill them with humility, patience, and wisdom, as Colossians 3:12-13 instructs, "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." Help them to respond to this trial with the same grace You have shown them.

Lord, we surrender this entire situation to You. We declare that You are their defender, their shield, and their strong tower. As Psalm 62:5-6 says, "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress. I will not be shaken." We trust that You will fight the battles they cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We also take a moment to acknowledge the power of the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for His glory and honor.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would go before this believer each day, preparing the way and softening hearts. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they walk in confidence, knowing that You are with them, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We trust You to bring justice, clarity, and restoration to this situation, for Your glory and their good. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
