Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

It is clear you are seeking God’s protection and wisdom in a workplace filled with hidden agendas and two-faced behavior. We join you in trusting that the Lord sees all and will act in His perfect timing.

First, we must address the importance of coming to God in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Scripture tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and we must always remember to pray in His name, for He is our mediator and advocate.

Now, let us pray over your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this workplace and the challenges our brother/sister is facing. Lord, You see the hidden motives, the deceit, and the unfairness that seeks to undermine integrity. We ask for Your divine protection over their position, their reputation, and their peace of mind. Shield them from unjust exclusion or harm, and let Your truth prevail in every situation.

Father, we pray for their department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your holy light. If there are intentions that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You reveal them in Your perfect way. Let deception be exposed and truth rise to the surface, all for Your glory.

Lord, we also pray for restoration in the working relationship between our brother/sister and their department head. May trust be rebuilt, understanding strengthened, and mutual respect cultivated. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, or fear, and fill them instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond in a way that honors You, knowing that You are their defender and ultimate judge.

We rebuke any spirit of division, gossip, or deceit in this workplace, and we declare that God’s peace and order will reign. We trust that the Lord will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength, and we surrender this situation into His hands. May His will be done, and may His name be glorified in all things.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your protector and provider. The Bible reminds us, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. While it is natural to feel hurt or frustrated, we must guard our hearts against bitterness and trust that God will bring justice in His time.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, for His promises are true and His love for you is unwavering. May He grant you peace and clarity as you navigate this season, and may He use this trial to strengthen your faith and draw you closer to Him.
