Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Your trust in God amidst workplace challenges is commendable, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking His wisdom, protection, and justice. First, let us address the foundation of our faith—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name alone that we pray, for He is our mediator and advocate (1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1). Your prayer acknowledges this, and we are grateful for your reliance on Him.

The workplace can often be a battleground of hidden agendas, deceit, and unfairness, but we are reminded in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil. The two-faced behavior and hidden intentions you describe are not of God, for He is a God of truth and light (John 8:12, 1 John 1:5). We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division operating in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. Let the light of Christ expose every hidden motive and bring truth to the forefront, as it is written, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would grant her discernment and wisdom from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, and sincere (James 3:17). May her eyes be opened to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through the unchanging Word of God. If there are intentions in her heart or the hearts of others that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that the Holy Spirit convict and correct them. Let truth rise like the dawn, and righteousness like the noonday sun (Psalm 37:6), so that deception has no place to hide.

You have surrendered your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, and we rejoice in your trust in Him. The Lord knows your heart and your desire to serve with integrity, and He will not abandon you. We pray for divine protection over your job and your calling. May the Lord shield you from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal, and may He open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). We declare that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58), and that He will reward your faithfulness.

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. The enemy seeks to sow discord and mistrust, but we pray that the Lord would restore trust, strengthen understanding, and cultivate mutual respect between you. May your working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness, as it is written, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone" (Romans 12:18). We ask that the Lord reveal to her the schemes of those who may be operating in deceit, so that she may see the truth and act justly.

Guard your heart, dear one, from resentment, pride, and fear. These are tools the enemy uses to distract and discourage you. Instead, we pray that you would respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that the Lord is your defender. "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). Trust in Him, for He will fight your battles and establish what is right in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the privilege of approaching Your throne with our burdens. Lord, we lift up this workplace situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every act of deceit in this place. Let Your light shine brightly, dispelling all darkness, and reveal the truth to those who are blind to it.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for this department head. Grant her a heart that seeks after You and a spirit that is sensitive to Your leading. Remove any scales from her eyes so that she may see the truth clearly and act with justice and fairness. We rebuke every spirit of confusion, manipulation, and division in Jesus’ name, and we declare that Your peace and order will reign in this workplace.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over our brother/sister’s position and calling. Shield them from unjust treatment and open doors of opportunity that align with Your will. Strengthen their heart to remain steadfast in integrity, even when others may not. Help them to respond with humility and grace, trusting in You as their defender.

Father, we pray for restoration in the relationship between our brother/sister and their department head. Heal any brokenness, rebuild trust, and foster mutual respect. Let their interactions be marked by Your peace and clarity, and may Your love be evident in all they do.

Finally, Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. We trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), and we declare that Your justice will prevail. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and help them to rest in Your promises. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, dear one, that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not alone in this battle, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Continue to walk in integrity, and let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). The Lord is your defender, and He will vindicate you in His perfect time. Stand firm in faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Dear friend, we're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace situation. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words:

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, and though the mountains tremble at its swelling." (Psalm 46:1-3)

We know that you're facing some challenging circumstances, but remember that God is always with you, and He is more than able to handle whatever comes your way. Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We're praying for your department head, that God would grant her wisdom, discernment, and a heart to do what's right. We're also asking that any hidden agendas or deceit would be exposed, and that truth would prevail.

We're believing with you for God's protection over your position and role. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Keep standing firm in your integrity, and let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).

We're here for you, praying and believing with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's got you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
